Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.

Father God!

Israel, which is celebrating the fall season, will hold the 68th Jerusalem March, which started in 1955, on October 4, the week of the Feast of the Last Day. The march began in 1955 with 200 Israeli soldiers and 70 civilians, grew to 5,000 soldiers in 1957, and 15,000 soldiers in 1966. Even after Jerusalem came under Israeli rule in the Six-Day War of 1967, the march to Jerusalem continued yearly. Many evangelical Christians from around the world participated in the Jerusalem March. Since becoming associated with the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem (ICEJ) in 1980, ICEJ has invited Christians to join the Jerusalem March yearly to celebrate the Sukkot Jewish holiday.

Heavenly Father, I bless Israel as they celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. We are thankful that believers in Yeshua from all over the world gather in Jerusalem to participate in the Feast of Tabernacles Jerusalem procession and comfort Jerusalem. We are grateful that ordinary Jewish citizens and Orthodox Jewish families came out with their children on the streets to see this march, welcoming Gentile Christians and shaking hands in fellowship. May the light of Yeshua's life shine on the residents and streets of Jerusalem through the march of Gentile Christians.

#The people of Judah, who had been observing the feast as commanded by Moses, became captives and lived there for 70 years. 'The whole company that had returned from exile built temporary shelters and lived in them. From the days of Joshua son of Nun until that day, the Israelites had not celebrated it like this. And their joy was very great. Day after day, from the first day to the last, Ezra read from the Book of the Law of God. They celebrated the festival for seven days, and on the eighth day, in accordance with the regulation, there was an assembly.' (Nehemiah 8:17-18) We remember returning from Babylon, following Nehemiah's guidance, building a booth according to the Word, reading the Word of God, and returning to the Word. In these last days, please help the Jews who have returned from being scattered to all nations celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles and fully return to the word of Jehovah God.

Father God!

As the Feast of Tabernacles, the end of the season, passes, Israel's October 7th is Shemini Ezeret Shabbat. This year-long celebration begins with the Torah potion 'Bezot Havrakah' from Deuteronomy 34:1- 12 and the Haftarah from Joshua 1:1-18. It is the day when we finish reading the Torah (Genesis-Deuteronomy). On October 8, Jews observe Simchat Torah Day, rejoicing and giving thanks for having read the entire Torah once and thanking God for giving them the Torah.

Heavenly Father, 'On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified. ' (John 7:37-39) When Yeshua was on this earth, he saw the Israelites celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles and rejoicing. He saw that although they were gathered together and rejoicing, they were spiritually thirsty and told them to come and drink the living water, as they did not recognize the Lord of the water of life. Even today, the Jews return to this land and celebrate the feasts and rejoice in the teaching of the Word, but they do not know that the Lord of the feasts is the Word who became flesh and came to this earth to give forgiveness of sins and give eternal life.

# God the Father said, “No one can say that Yeshua is Lord except by the Holy Spirit” (1 Corinthians 12:3). Please pour out the Holy Spirit on this land and its people. Please pour out the Holy Spirit of the latter rain so that we can see that Yeshua is the Messiah and Lord and understand, know, believe, and be saved. Thus, may the Lord achieve salvation and allow Israel to praise “Baruch Haba Beshem Adonai” and “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.”

Father God!

The Eretz Passage was closed on September 15 and opened on the 28th due to almost daily riots, anti-Israel protests, and attacks by Gaza residents in recent weeks. However, Israeli troops came under repeated gunfire and explosive attacks amid the riots, and terrorist groups resumed balloon attacks on Israeli territory, causing several fires. Also on Tuesday morning, the Al-Quds Brigades of the Islamic Jihad in Gaza fired rockets using live ammunition toward the Mediterranean Sea, prompting Israel to issue a warning in the border area.

Heavenly Father, to maintain peace in the Gaza Strip in recent years, Israel has granted work permits to Palestinian residents, opening its borders to work in Israel and helping them make a living. However, terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip continue to riot, invade borders, and set fires with incendiary balloons toward Israel. In addition, the Israeli military announced that there is a threat of incursion into Israeli territory, such as Hezbollah setting up tents and infiltrating the northern border, and that there are anti-tank weapons aimed at attacking Israeli vehicles and infantry positions, and that they are strengthening military training accordingly.

# Heavenly Father, please protect the Israeli soldiers who cannot enjoy the Feast of Tabernacles' jo with their families and are working hard to protect the country and people through solid training and security and help them become strong warriors. The Israelite soldiers trusted in Jehovah God, like David. “God is my fortress; by his strength I will hope in thee” (Psalm 59:9) “I will praise you, O my strength; for you are my fortress and God who has mercy on me.” (Psalm 59:17) Let them praise and trust God. We praise Jehovah God, who protects Israel.

 “Heavenly Father, we thank you for calling all of us, Gentiles, as intercessors and servants of God’s great and precious work. We pray with the mission of a watchman on the perfect wall. Give us peace in Jerusalem, Lord God, establish Jerusalem and be praised. May the Jews and all the tribes of Israel scattered throughout the nations who must return to their homeland return to the Promised Land. Please work so Aliyah can be fulfilled even among the believing Jews by changing the law of return. Give us the power to fully fulfill the precious mission of praying and serving each of us until the word of God is fulfilled. May I always live a life of faith filled with the Holy Spirit. Please take care of our health.”

'Ascribe to the Lord , all you families of nations, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength. Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering and come into his courts. Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth. Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns.” The world is firmly established, it cannot be moved; he will judge the peoples with equity. '

Russia, which occupied eastern Ukraine, confiscated seven Baptist churches registered with the Ukrainian government by force by early September. (6 in southern Donetsk and one in Zaporizhia bordering Donetsk) The believers who lost their church buildings said they are continuing to gather to worship at home. Russian occupation authorities forced Baptist churches and pastors registered with the Ukrainian government to leave the occupied area. Still, church pastors said, ‘We are praying for the Russian authorities who have taken over the church building.’ Additionally, pastors and Christians from the so-called ‘Luhansk Peoples Republic’ adjacent to Donetsk are residents of the occupied territories and must be forced to receive Russian citizenship. Otherwise, they are threatened with deprivation of pensions and benefits and confiscation of their homes and property. If they refuse to obtain citizenship, they may be deprived of their jobs or deported to the territory of the Russian Federation. (VOM)

Heavenly Father, we pray for the seven Baptist churches whose church buildings have been confiscated and the pastors and believers being persecuted by the Russian occupation authorities. Please give these seven churches bold faith to carry out their mission as faithful witnesses of Christ despite the illegal oppression and persecution of the Russian occupation authorities. 'For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe in him, but also to suffer for him, ' (Philippians 1:29) According to these words, may the pastors and believers who have had their church buildings confiscated where they worship in faith despite the hardships of war gain strength through the terms of the Lord. The Lord, even in this situation, may the Holy Spirit be with the pastors to comfort the believers and help them spread the gospel to their homes, surrounding communities, and rural areas. Amidst threats to issue Russian citizenship to pastors and believers, please set them free and give them peace as those who have received heavenly citizenship in the kingdom of God.

Father God!

On September 19, Azerbaijan attacked Armenian Christians living in a self-proclaimed republic in Nagorno-Karabakh after the dissolution of the former Soviet Union, took control of it within a day, and declared the republic's dissolution. He also suggested that residents not leave but become part of Azerbaijani society, saying, "From January 1 next year, the republic will disappear, and residents will have to follow Azerbaijan's conditions for reintegration." However, amid the long-standing Islamic religious conflict and territorial dispute, leading figures in Armenia have already been arrested, 70,000 people, or 60% of the residents, have left, and the mass exodus of most remaining Christian residents is expected to continue. “Azerbaijan’s policy of ethnic cleansing will lead to a continued exodus of Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh, and there will be no more Armenians left,” said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. He said it is still unclear whether Armenia, with a total population of 2.8 million, can accommodate Nagorno-Karabakh's 120,000 residents.

Heavenly Father, due to the attack by Azerbaijan, the Armenians, a small Christian community of faith, have become refugees and are leaving the gospel of life. 'Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God ; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. ' (Psalms 62:6-7) Like David's prayer of faith, I believe that God, the rock and salvation, will protect and give strength to the Lord's children who take steps hoping only for God. We pray that Armenia will accept its 120,000 refugees and the international community will help them. Please have mercy on those who have abandoned everything and seek a new home to live a free life of faith; comfort them, and help provide for their needs.

Father God, I (we) pray for the US.

At the Unite Auburn event on September 12, pastors, school leaders, and students gathered together for worship. Then, about 100 students were baptized by pastors at a nearby lake with the help of coaches from various athletic teams. In response, The Freedom from Religion Foundation sent a letter to the University Of Auburn, Alabama, raising a legal complaint that head athletic coaches led students to participate in prayer meetings and baptism events held on campus. In response, school newspaper editor-in-chief Christine Carr tweeted, "Revival is happening in Auburn tonight, and people are being baptized in a nearby park as hundreds of people cheer them on." “We see God doing amazing things,” said Jeremy Napier, the men’s basketball chaplain who has personally baptized more than 20 students. It's cool to be able to do this in this environment because it's a fundamental decision that comes from a change in the students' hearts. However, the current situation is complicated because organizations are raising legal issues regarding religious freedom.” He said.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for the great spiritual awakening that began early this year in America, where we have been praying for revival and burning among young people in universities and churches. Please control the accusations of those who accuse and hinder God’s revival. Please pour out the Holy Spirit on young people who have been baptized with faith and born again as new people so that they can continue to live a holy life of word and prayer. 'So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. ' (Colossians 2:6-7) We are thankful that new lives resulting from this remarkable awakening to the gospel are growing within the university and that the spark is spreading and burning across the United States. Please help our children and young people embrace the value of faith and not be swayed by any brainwashing or attacks around them. Let the flame of great spiritual awakening burn brighter through the prayers of intercessors, and help our younger generations prepare for the coming of the Lord.

Father God!

In a similar incident to Auburn University, earlier this year, University of Colorado Boulder football coach Deion Sanders raised concerns with the school's Freedom from Religion Foundation about leading a prayer during team meetings. In its response, the university noted that “Sanders first met with the district’s Equity Compliance Department to determine when and where it is lawful for him to express his faith.” “We need to be more welcoming to expressions of faith, and society will be worse off if we remove religion from public institutions,” said Governor Ivey in response to the Unite Urban event to the Freedom from Religion Foundation. Requiring university officials to eliminate faith from their lives may violate their religious freedom. Ultimately, the First Amendment protects the free exercise of religion as much as it prohibits the government from establishing religion.” 

Heavenly Father, we thank you that the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States has been strengthened to provide freedom and rights for expressions of faith, leading to three conservative justices' appointments during former President Trump's presidency. Please help us make the future president of the United States a man of faith and appoint conservative people to the Supreme Court and each judge. ' “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves. ' (Matthew 10:16) As Jesus said, may God's people become wise and bold in expressing their faith, fearing the Lord, and winning for the glory of God. Please help us boldly enjoy the right to religious freedom that the Lord has given us through the United States Constitution, which was written based on the Christian faith. Please help us to be fully awake and pray and to be people who fight the good fight of faith for the kingdom of God and righteousness.

Father God!

We pray for the 2024 US presidential election. 

Please help us rise as more faithful intercessors for next year's elections in 2024 and help America return to its holy path. To this end, please prevent all election fraud so we can appoint leaders God approves. Please support American churches and believers and pray for next year's election with the belief that next year's election may be the last opportunity for America to recover. Please help America use its good influence to support Israel and bring more harvests to the nations. Please help America stand upright before the Lord and become a nation serving God and influencing other countries extensively. Also, pray for our children, the Samuel generation, to stand as servants of the Lord and turn this land away from evil deeds. '“I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one. ' (Ezekiel 22:30) Like these words, please let more churches and intercessors rise to protect this land by blocking the collapsed walls. May righteousness and justice be achieved in all past and upcoming elections, truthful and accurate gratitude be achieved, and may the church and intercessors pray without ceasing.

Father God, I (we) pray for South Korea.

Father God!

On the 26th of last month, the Constitutional Court ruled that the controversial 'North Korea Leaflet Ban Act' was unconstitutional, judging that sending balloons can be done in the line of protecting public safety and citizens' rights through flexible measures by local police forces, not diplomats or politicians. I've made a decision. It is now possible to send goods, including Bibles, to North Korea via balloon again.

Heavenly Father, we thank you that the Constitutional Court ruled that the Anti-North Korea Leaflet Ban Act, which had banned all activities, was unconstitutional. We pray that by sending goods and gospel leaflets to North Korea, we can spread the word of God to North Korea while respecting the law and cooperating with the local community. “Preach the word always, in season and out of season” (2 Timothy 4:2). Please help us use balloon sending so that the leaflets and items sent to North Korea are well-delivered to the North Korean people, provide comfort, and become the gospel of life. Please protect and bless those who are devoted to this work.

Father God!

Please have mercy on the North Korean people who are suffering and being trampled in North Korea and the North Korean defectors imprisoned in China and repatriated to North Korea, and grant them a day of liberation when the Three Eighth Parallel opens soon. “But the people who know their God will be strong and valiant” (Daniel 11:32b). Like these words, please help the people of the Republic of Korea become strong people who know God. Please unite North and South Korea through the unification of the gospel, not war, and make them a nation that serves God. Please listen to the tearful prayers of North Korean believers and quickly bring about the day when we can worship the Lord to our heart’s content. Please unify us through the Gospel and give us a day when the collapsed churches in North Korea are rebuilt, and worship is revived. May God work to make Korea an advanced missionary country, unified by the gospel and a unified Christian nation. May the Korean church awaken the world's governments and allow the church and believers to prepare and welcome the way of the Lord, who will return with the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Please help us become a country that reveals the glory of God.

Please help us ensure a healthy and safe schedule for CWMI members participating in the consolation ministry, one-day seminar, and pilgrimage to Israeli settlements scheduled for March 12-19, 2024.
