Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations

I say to the Lord, “You are my God.” Hear, Lord, my cry for mercy.

Sovereign Lord, my strong deliverer, you shield my head on the day of battle.

Do not grant the wicked their desires, Lord; do not let their plans succeed.

Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.

Father God,

Over the weekend, Israel's air, navy, and ground forces struck about 200 Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip in a "fierce battle" with Hamas. The building where civilians were sheltering, located near schools, mosques, and clinics in northern Gaza, was a large-scale Hamas weapons depot. Here, they found “explosive belts suitable for children,” dozens of mortars, hundreds of grenades, and intelligence documents. They said they raided a Hamas headquarters in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, and found a large cache of weapons, including dozens of grenades and explosive devices. In these battles in the North and South, dozens of Hamas terrorists surrendered and were transported to Israel. Fourteen soldiers were killed in the weekend's fighting, bringing the total number of Israeli soldiers killed to 154, with an estimated 129 hostages remaining in the Gaza Strip.

Heavenly Father, I declare that the war belongs to the Lord, and I pray and believe in Your work toward Israel through Isaiah 41:8-16. 8“But you, Israel, my servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, you descendants of Abraham my friend, 9I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you. I said, ‘You are my servant’; I have chosen you and have not rejected you. 10So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. 11“All who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced; those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish. 12Though you search for your enemies, you will not find them. Those who wage war against you will be as nothing at all. 13For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. 14Do not be afraid, you worm Jacob, little Israel, do not fear, for I myself will help you,” declares the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. 15“See, I will make you into a threshing sledge, new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush them, and reduce the hills to chaff. 16You will winnow them, the wind will pick them up, and a gale will blow them away. But you will rejoice in the Lord and glory in the Holy One of Israel.

Heavenly Father, please comfort the families who lost their lives due to the atrocities of Hamas terrorists, the families of soldiers who lost their lives in war, and the families of the 129 people kidnapped hostage. In particular, please help those who Hamas has kidnaped to return safely and protect their lives. Please comfort the parents who cry at the funeral of their son who was sacrificed on the battlefield and the wives and children of young reservists. "Contend, Lord, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me. Take up shield and armor; arise and come to my aid. Brandish spear and javeli against those who pursue me. Say to me, “I am your salvation.” May those who seek my life be disgraced and put to shame; may those who plot my ruin be turned back in dismay. May they be like chaff before the wind, with the angel of the Lord driving them away; may their path be dark and slippery, with the angel of the Lord pursuing them." (Psalm 35:1-6) Please allow the war to end in victory quickly and the peace and shalom that the Lord gives us to overflow and restore this land.

Father God!

On the night of December 24, Israeli President Isaac Herzog warned in a special speech that the extreme social divisions that existed before October 7 could harm Israel's war effort and security. Controversy and debate are part of Israelis' DNA, President Herzog said, but if debate and criticism during a war lead to political conflict and divisions, the enemies will celebrate. “The essential requirements of this moment are unity, determination, and mutual responsibility. We are at war. It is not a war of choice, but a just, correct, and moral war." “The righteousness of our path takes precedence over everything else.” “People’s leaders, senior leadership, and everyone who works in the political system and public sphere must demonstrate responsibility, if not for your own sake, then at least for our children on the front lines.” “This moment is a time of testing. We will not break, we will not blink, we will not fall apart, we will not tear ourselves apart from the inside." “We shed tears together and stood shoulder to shoulder in resolve.”

Heavenly Father, help the political leaders of each branch of Israel to fear You and become faithful in their work according to the Word of God. Cooperate with each other, especially in times of war, “And I say, Hear, ye heads of Jacob, and rulers of the house of Israel: Is not your duty to know righteousness?” (Micah 3:1) Following these words, please help us to humble ourselves before the word of Jehovah God to obey the commands of the Lord and become those who act justly and speak honestly. We believe that God is carrying out His will for Israel even in the midst of Hamas' evil terror on October 7th and the subsequent war. Please help the leaders and people of Israel fully realize that you are rebuilding and protecting Israel in these last days. Please help them to believe that it is Jehovah God who rules and governs Israel, and help us humble ourselves before God. In this time of confusion, help us to cry out to God, repent, realize, bow down in humility, and look to God, who works together for good.

Father God!

The Israel Diaspora Affairs and Anti-Semitism Fight Ministry and the Moiik Association support the Shalom Corps project. Thousands of young Jews aged 18 to 40 from around the world will arrive in Israel to help with the war effort for two weeks of volunteer work, it said. They will work with the organization to volunteer on various projects, including agricultural work and delivering packages to needy people.

Heavenly Father, we thank you that amid this war, Jewish youth from the Diaspora from all over the world are coming to serve in their homeland, the land of Israel. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. When you cry to me and come to me and pray, I will hear your prayers, and when you do so with all your heart, Seek me, and you will find me, and you will find me, declares the LORD. I will find you, and I will bring you back from your captivity, and I will gather you from the nations and from all the places I sent you and bring you back to the place from which you were taken captive. "This is what you say" (Jer 29:11-14). In these challenging and difficult times, please help the young Diaspora Jews who come as volunteers understand and know God's word about Israel. While serving this land, please help me realize that now is the time to return to this land and make aliyah fully. Please let them learn that this war is not a disaster but a hope for God's hidden future and a time to come before the God of Israel, cry out and pray, and seek and meet God.

Heavenly Father, we hope you restore your Word's faith in Israel after the war. Jews, Arabs, Christians, Israelis, foreigners, and people from all walks of life come to Israel from all over the world to serve as volunteers, sharing in the pain and suffering of Israel and blessing those who serve. Please help Israel's lawmakers and people see Messiah Yeshua through the love of Christians from all nations who support and serve Israel now. Please use the Holy Spirit to make this a time for the Israelites to seek and meet the Lord and to hear God's hidden time and the word of God's calling for this era through this war.

Father God!

On December 25, President Raisi of Iran announced that Raji Mousavi, a senior general of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in Syria, was killed in an Israeli airstrike in the Zainabiya area outside the capital Damascus. He warned that "Israel will pay for this crime." At a briefing on this day, an Israeli military spokesman answered the question, "Is Israel involved in Mousavi's death?" "The mission of the Israeli army is to maintain Israel's security interests."

Heavenly Father, a Hezbollah missile attack on Israel on the Lebanese border burned and destroyed 86 houses in one village. These residents evacuated, and there were no casualties. In response, the Israeli military is attacking Hezbollah's fighter base and engaging in solid fighting. Please rule over Iran's evil tricks and plots that help Hamas and Jihad in the Gaza Strip and Hezbollah on the Lebanese border attack Israel by providing them with weapons. Israeli residents who are close to attacks by Gaza in the south and Hezbollah in the north are fleeing. Please have mercy on those who have left the comfort of their families, and give your protection, comfort, and peace to our young children so that they do not suffer the trauma of war.

 “Heavenly Father, we thank you for calling all of us, Gentiles, as intercessors and servants of God’s great and precious work. We pray with the mission of a watchman on the perfect wall. Give us peace in Jerusalem, Lord God, establish Jerusalem and be praised. May the Jews and all the tribes of Israel scattered throughout the nations who must return to their homeland return to the Promised Land. Please work so Aliyah can be fulfilled even among the believing Jews by changing the law of return. Give us the power to fully fulfill the precious mission of praying and serving each of us until the word of God is fulfilled. May I always live a life of faith filled with the Holy Spirit. Please take care of our health.”

Father God, I (we) pray for the nation.

Father God!

From December 23 to 25, at least 160 people were killed in arson and coordinated attacks in more than 20 locations by armed groups in several villages in central Nigeria. Additionally, 300 people were injured, Monday Casa, the head of Bokos local government in Plateau state, reported, while at least 50 people were reported killed in Barkin Ladi district. Bloody conflicts frequently occur in Plateau State due to complex local circumstances such as religion and security. It is an area that straddles the Muslim-majority northern part of Nigeria and the Christian-majority southern part. Conflicts between the nomadic Islam and the peasant tribes of Christianity continue over pastures and farmland, which are the basis for livelihood. Muslim nomads, most of whom are settled farming tribes of farmers, are raiding villages, killing and harming Christians, and kidnapping their women. In northwestern and central Nigeria, local armed groups called 'Bandits' and 'Flany herders' are said to be raiding villages, looting, murdering, and kidnapping residents.

Heavenly Father, many lives have been killed and injured due to arson and attacks by armed groups in central Nigeria. The International Civil Liberties Union reported that Nigerian terrorists killed more than 4,000 Christians in 2022 and kidnapped an additional 2,300. In May 2023, they killed and kidnapped numerous people, and on December 23rd, they attacked 20 villages, most of which were Christian. Please comfort the many families and believers who are still in sorrow because their family members were murdered and kidnapped in Nigeria. Please protect those who have been kidnapped and give them strong faith. Also, please comfort and strengthen the children of God in Nigeria who keep their faith and serve the Lord against the continued attacks of evil people. "Deliver me, O my God, from my enemies; lift me from those who rise against me. Deliver me from evildoers, save me from bloodthirsty people." (Psalm 59:1,2) Please allow the Nigerian government to immediately understand these situations, establish policies, and control the evil of the Islamic forces, 'Bandits' and 'Fulani herdsmen,' who continue to terrorize and attack Christians in Nigeria with the right laws. We pray that the Holy Spirit will be with God's children in Nigeria, who worship the Lord, entrust their lives to the Lord in any situation, and protect their lives, families, and churches.

Father God!

On December 17th, for the first time, blessing prayers for same-sex couples were allowed at Church of England services. Also, on December 18, Pope Francis approved a blessing for "irregular" couples, including same-sex unions. The Vatican Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith published a doctrinal statement titled 'Fiducia supplicans.' "Blessings are also permitted for same-sex couples as long as it is conducted without any ceremony and does not give the impression of marriage." The Vatican, however, said that "this does not mean it recognizes same-sex unions, and the Catholic Church's doctrine on marriage between a man and a woman has not changed." Following the announcement of the Catholic Church's declaration, evangelical leaders are voicing criticism and concerns. Among these, Pastor John Stevens, national director of the Federation of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC), pointed out, "(The Vatican's position) is contradictory in terminology, just like the prayer of blessing introduced to the Church of England yesterday." "There is only one way for people in same-sex relationships to mature and grow in faithfulness to the gospel,"  "This means repenting of our sins and following the Bible's command that 'sex is appropriate only in marriage between a man and a woman,'" he emphasized.

Heavenly Father, we pray with sorrowful hearts for this dark, adulterous, and rebellious generation. He created everything in the world. "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the sky, over the livestock and all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the ground." He created them male and female. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number, fill the earth, and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth." "(Genesis 1:26-28) God the Creator spoke of the beginning of humanity by creating man and woman in the image of God. Also, please pity this great sin of not acknowledging the Word of God and acknowledging same-sex love as a sexual identity even though it is written in the Bible. People who have been created in the image of God and have been blessed to be fruitful and multiply, filling the whole earth, are rebelling against God, running down the path of sin, and heading toward destruction. God spoke clearly. "If anyone lies with a man as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood will be on them." (Leviticus 20:13) Despite these stern words, "And because they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things that are not fit for them." "For though they know the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same but also approve those who practice them" (Romans 1:28,32) As you said, oh Lord, as your children, please have pity on the religious leaders and this generation who are living in this generation of sin, assimilating to sin, glorifying sin, and leading to sin. In particular, our families of faith and children living in this last adulterous and rebellious generation should "Set your mind on things above, not on earthly things" (Colossians 3:2). Please give us the power of the Holy Spirit and protect us so that we can live according to these words by thinking about the kingdom of God and overcoming the world with faith in God.

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

The Satanic Temple in Iowa erected a giant idol of Baphomet along with other Satanic images as part of a display inside the state capitol. There has been a week of intense debate online and among state lawmakers about the validity and legality of the statute. Michael Cassidy, a Christian and retired naval officer, toppled a statue of Baphomet and threw its head into a trash can. "Recently, anti-Christian values have become more and more mainstream, and most Christians have been doing nothing, like a frog in a pot of boiling water. "I did this to awaken Christians to the anti-Christian actions promoted by the government." Cassidy now faces a $2,600 fine and up to a year in prison, but conservative donors have shown their support, raising nearly $80,000 for a defense fund. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds reacted to the display. Like many Iowans, I find the Satanic Temple's display at the Capitol offensive. He said, "The best response to these things in a free society is to have more voices and voices spoken." He appealed to Christians to pray.

Heavenly Father, we repent for these abominations displayed at the Iowa State Capitol. "Be sober-minded, be alert; your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour; resist him, strong in the faith" (1 Peter 5:8-9). Bless Michael Cassidy for acting on these words. "You are the salt of the earth. If salt loses its taste, how can you make it salty? Afterwards, it is of no use to you; it is only thrown out and trampled on by people." (Matthew 5:13) Like these words, please help American Christians wake up and pray to win against spiritual attacks. The Satanic Temple's website says it "promotes abortion nationwide, supports bodily autonomy and gay (LGBT) rights, and advocates and achieves religious pluralism and freedom of expression." Christians must come to their senses and wake up to the actions of Satan that are revealed in this way. Please help us realize that these satanic actions are an evil force trying to infiltrate the Capitol, the government, and each state as part of a spiritual war. Please help Christians properly serve and worship God at home with their children and allow God's church to stand more firmly on the Word. "Who is a faithful and wise servant who will give his master charge over the people of his house to give them their food at the right time? Blessed is that servant who, when his master comes, finds him doing this" (Matthew 24:45-46). According to these words, may God's servants become wise servants who accurately convey and teach the saints about this time and become servants whom the Lord praises for doing a good job.

Father God!

We pray for next year’s elections. In addition to election fraud, they are using various judicial powers as weapons to disqualify the candidate who is leading in public opinion polls from being elected president. “Therefore I exhort you, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving be offered for all people, for kings and all who are in authority. That we may follow God entirely and live a quiet and peaceful life of honesty (1 Tim. 2:2-3). According to these words, please let the Lord establish a leader in America who will not only bring peace to the United States but also have a positive influence on the nations and bring more souls back to the Lord. Please prevent all election fraud so that we can raise up leaders whom God approves. Please help America use its good influence to help Israel and to bring about more harvests to all nations. Let America stand upright before the Lord and become a nation that serves God and exerts a positive influence on other nations.

We (I) prayed for America in the name of Yeshua, Messiah. Amen. 

The Lord foils the plans of the nations; he thwarts the purposes of the peoples.

But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance.

Father God, I (we) pray for South Korea.

Father God!

On Christmas Day, December 25, President Yoon Seok-yeol held a Christmas service at Seoul Jeongdong First Church (Senior Pastor Cheon Young-tae), the first Protestant church in Korea, founded by missionary Henry Appenzeller in 1885. Presidential Office Spokesperson Kim Soo-Kyung said in a briefing that day, "President Yoon attended a service at Jeongdong First Church on Christmas morning and celebrated the birth of baby Jesus." President Yoon arrived at the church in advance of the service and exchanged greetings with Senior Pastor Cheon Young-tae and the church members, and even shook hands with each member after the service. Also, on the 24th, President Yoon posted on Facebook: "2000 years ago, Jesus left the glory of heaven and came to the lowest place on earth. He showed great love in bearing our sin." "Today, many people around us practice the love of Jesus and nurture the spark of hope. "I and the government will work harder so that this small spark can burn into greater love."

Heavenly Father, as President of the Republic of Korea, please bless President Seok-Yeol Yoon, who came to God's Church to worship on Christmas Day. "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. A person believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth, he confesses, resulting in salvation. The Scripture says, 'Whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame.' There is no difference between Jews and Greeks. The one Lord is Lord of all, making Him Lord of all. He is rich to all who call on Him; everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:9-13) According to these words, let President Yoon Seok-yeol's confession of faith be made by posting a post on Facebook acknowledging Yeshua's incarnation and God's love in bearing our sins and dying on the cross. May he believe in Yeshua and become a saved president. May God give President Yoon the wisdom to build the Republic of Korea well and support him with loyal and faithful co-workers who will work together to move forward. Please help the Republic of Korea become a country in this era that brings glory to God by achieving the unification of North and South Korea, developing, and revealing to all nations that God is with us.

Father God!

On December 26, the National Election Commission announced that it plans to introduce the 'electronic counting followed by manual counting' method in which people manually check electronically counted ballots one by one in next year's general election. An official from the National Election Commission said: "One of the measures to improve voting and vote counting management procedures that are being considered to enhance public trust in the election process about the 22nd National Assembly election." "However, it has not been finalized." In the new procedure being considered for introduction, counting clerks pick up each ballot by hand and visually check the votes that the ballot sorter has sorted. As with the existing procedure, the ballot is visually checked by inserting it into the screening counter.

Heavenly Father, please help them to eliminate election fraud in Korea. Please ensure that the ballots are made accurately as reported by the National Election Commission to the People Power Party's Fair Election System Improvement Special Committee. They will consider adding a checkbook procedure to check each ballot correctly and accurately. Please ensure that the Election Commission is honest so that the problems of election fraud from the last vote are not repeated, proper elections are conducted, and accurate ballots are counted. Above all, please help us produce leaders of faith so Korea can become a country serving God. Please bless us so leaders who fear God and know this era through the Word of God will be raised. "The lot is in the cast, but the decisions are from the Lord" (Proverbs 16:33). Please help us recognize that everything is in your hands and become saints who pray for our country and people. May the Republic of Korea be established as a God-fearing nation and become a unified Korea.

Father God!

Heavenly Father, please pour out the Holy Spirit on the churches and believers so that the churches in Korea, who are praying and waiting for the unification of the Gospel, will wake up and pray to fill the remaining prayer vessels for unification. "Blessed is the man whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord his God" (Psalm 146:5). According to these words, please help us become a people who rely only on Jehovah God, the God of Jacob, for help and hope. Please help us become an advanced missionary Korea, unified through the Gospel and a unified Christian nation. Please listen to the tearful prayers of North Korean believers and quickly bring about the day when we can worship the Lord in our hearts. Please unify us through the Gospel and give us a day when the collapsed churches in North Korea are rebuilt, and worship is revived. Please allow the Korean church to awaken the world's nations and become this generation where the church and believers prepare and welcome the way of the returning Lord with the fullness of the Holy Spirit.

Father God!

We pray for the ministry planned and promoted by CWMI. Please bless all executives and branch heads, including the president. What we ask of those in charge is loyalty, so let them obey for the glory of the Lord and let only the gospel be revealed. 

“Look at the Bible Big Picture" seminar for Korean missionaries overseas, Feb. 21-28, 2024, in Israel. In particular, please help Israel's war end: Consolation ministry, one-day seminar, and pilgrimage to Israeli settlements scheduled for March 12-19, 2024. Please guide this to be a time of grace for everyone.

We pray for the full presence and power of the Holy Spirit to be poured out on the women’s leaders’ meeting to be held in Korea on June 4th and 5th, 2024.

We pray for the Wednesday All Nations Prayer Meeting, held online every week. Thank you for blessing the Nations Prayer Meeting, which has been working diligently every week. Bless the ICC Church and the Virginia House of Prayer for the Nations (VHOP). Thank you for allowing us to make the recent 'Prayer Video' to pray for the fulfillment of the Bible and the video to convey "God's Time and Israel". Many videos that can be used as data to inform Israel are spread, so people can discern the time of this era and pray with the Bible in their closets.

Above all supplication, I (we) pray in the name of Yeshua Messiah.
