Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations

Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. Speak tenderly to Jerusalem,

and proclaim to her that her hard service has been completed,

that her sin has been paid for, that she has received from the Lord’s hand

double for all her sins. A voice of one calling: “In the wilderness prepare

the way for the Lord; make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.

Father God,

The Israeli war has been going on for 102 days. Meanwhile, there is a direct war against Hamas in the south-central part of the Gaza Strip and Hezbollah on the border of northern Lebanon. On the 14th, four Hezbollah terrorists in the north and three Hamas terrorists were eliminated from infiltrating south of Hebron. On the 15th, two terrorists from Hebron rammed a car. They attacked with a knife in the central Israeli city of Ra'anana, killing one person and injuring 17 people, including children, with three seriously injured. On the 15th, Hamas released three hostages through psychological warfare but is not responding to hostage negotiations. Accordingly, Defense Minister Israel Gallant continued the attack, saying that only strong attacks would pressure Hamas to release the hostages. However, with the withdrawal of the armored vehicles, bulldozers, and Golani Brigade members of the Israeli Army's 36th Division from the Gaza Strip, they said they would participate in the 80-day battle and hold a commemorative event to commemorate their hard work and prepare for the next plan.

Heavenly Father, we declare that the war belongs to the Lord, and through the words of Psalm 83, we believe and pray that the Lord is helping Israel by judging the enemies who oppose Israel. 1O God, do not remain silent do not turn a deaf ear, do not stand aloof, O God. 2See how your enemies growl, how your foes rear their heads. 3With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish. 4“Come,” they say, “let us destroy them as a nation, so that Israel’s name is remembered no more.” 5With one mind they plot together; they form an alliance against you— 6the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites, 7Byblos, Ammon and Amalek, Philistia, with the people of Tyre. 8Even Assyria has joined them to reinforce Lot’s descendants. 9Do to them as you did to Midian, as you did to Sisera and Jabin at the river Kishon, 10who perished at Endor and became like dung on the ground. 11Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna, 12who said, “Let us take possession of the pasturelands of God.” 13Make them like tumbleweed, my God, like chaff before the wind. 14As fire consumes the forest or a flame sets the mountains ablaze, 15so pursue them with your tempest and terrify them with your storm. 16Cover their faces with shame, Lord, so that they will seek your name. 17May they ever be ashamed and dismayed; may they perish in disgrace. 18Let them know that you, whose name is the Lord— that you alone are the Most High over all the earth.

Heavenly Father, please comfort the families who lost their lives due to the atrocities of Hamas terrorists, the families of soldiers who lost their lives in war, and the families of the 129 people kidnapped hostage. Hamas released a video of three hostages, saying two of them had lost their lives. In particular, please help those whom Hamas has kidnapped to return safely and protect their lives. Please comfort the parents, wives, children, family members, and friends who cry at the funeral of their son who was sacrificed on the battlefield. “The LORD waits, that he may be gracious to you; he will arise and have mercy on you, for the LORD is a God of righteousness. Blessed is everyone who waits for him. Again, you people who dwell in Zion, who dwell in Jerusalem. You will not mourn; he will be gracious to you because of the voice of your cry; when he hears, he will answer you” (Isaiah 30:18-19). During this difficult time, may the Israelites seek the Lord and cry out to Him in prayer, and may the Lord grant them grace and stop their tears and wailing. Through this war, let the evil things of Hamas be eliminated and let the war end in victory. Please allow abundant restoration in this land so that all Israelis and Gaza residents can live in the peace and shalom the Lord gives.

Father God!

Heavenly Father, not only are there wars against Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah on the northern border, but terrorism and attacks are also taking place through Hamas operatives in the West Bank and Arabs connected to them. Please rule over Iran's evil tricks and plots that provide weapons to Hamas and Jihad in the Gaza Strip, Hezbollah on the Lebanese border, and Houthi terrorists in Yemen to attack Israel. Israeli residents who are close to attacks by Gaza in the south and Hezbollah in the north are fleeing. Please have mercy on those who have left the comfort of their families, and give your protection, comfort, and peace to our young children so that they do not suffer the trauma of war. The Arabs and Gentiles living in this land can be together with the Jews only in Yeshua, the Messiah of salvation, who is our peace. Please, Holy Spirit, work so that the peace-making gospel of Yeshua can be proclaimed and spread to the Jews and Arabs of this land. Please help Jews and Arabs live together in Yeshua's love and forgiveness, enjoying God's peace and Shalom.

Father God!

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. When you cry to me and come to me and pray, I will hear your prayer, and when you do it with all your heart, seek me, and you will seek me and find me" (Jer 29:11-13). We bless the 2,000 young Diaspora Jews who have come and served as volunteers during these problematic and challenging times. Please help these young Jews realize that war is not a disaster but a hope for God's hidden future and a time to come before the God of Israel, cry out and pray, and seek and meet God. Please help them realize that now is the time to return to this land and decide to make aliyah.

# Heavenly Father, even after the war, people from all walks of life, including Christians from all over the world, are coming to Israel and serving as volunteers in hopes of restoring the word to Israel. We are also grateful that we are helping and serving Israel with our hands of faith. Please help the Israelites see Messiah Yeshua through the love of Christians from all nations who support and serve Israel now. Please use the Holy Spirit to make this a time for the Israelites to seek and meet the Lord and to hear God's hidden time and the word of God's calling for this era through this war.

May the Jews and all the tribes of Israel scattered throughout the nations who must return to their homeland return to the Promised Land. Please work so Aliyah can be fulfilled even among the believing Jews by changing the law of return. Give us the power to fully fulfill the precious mission of praying and serving each of us until the word of God is fulfilled. May I always live a life of faith filled with the Holy Spirit. Please take care of our health.”

Father God!

On the 13th, U.S. President Joe Biden authorized airstrikes against Yemen's Houthis, who have been attacking Israel in the Red Sea and shipping passing through the Suez Canal. The United States, along with Britain and its allies, has carried out airstrikes against Iran-backed Houthi rebel targets in Yemen in response to ongoing attacks in the Red Sea. In addition, Iranian and Houthi rebel leaders claim that the Islamic State was responsible for killing more than 100 people in an explosion at a memorial ceremony in Iran on the 3rd. “This will not proceed without response or punishment,” he warned. In the early morning of the 15th, Iran's Revolutionary Guard announced that it had launched a ballistic missile in the Erbil region of Iraqi Kurdistan and struck the Israeli Mossad intelligence headquarters and an I.S. base in Aleppo, Syria. The Iraqi Kurdistan Autonomous Government Security Committee (KRSC) said at least four people were killed and six injured in the missile attack.

Heavenly Father, as the U.S., the U.K., and their allies attack the Yemeni Houthi terrorists, who have intervened in the war between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip, for shooting and seizing shipping through the Red Sea and the Swaez Canal, behind Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis. Iran began to intervene in the war. We believe that the war belongs to the Lord, and we pray before the Lord, realizing that these events are signs of the end times that the Lord has spoken of.

Heavenly Father, please thwart Iran’s evil plans to attack the United States and Israel. “Lord, who judges the world, arise and give the arrogant what they deserve. O Lord, how long will the wicked, how long will the wicked cry out? They babble wildly and talk arrogantly, and all who practice iniquity are conceited. ‘O LORD, they have trampled your people and brought misery to your possessions’ (Psalm 94:2-5). We pray with these words and ask you to control the attacks and activities of Iran, which significantly aids and supports Iranian terrorists and now threatens to attack the United States and Israel directly. Furthermore, may the Lord rule over Iran's evil actions, which openly declare that they will eliminate Israel from the face of the earth.

Father God!

The U.S. State Department recently criticized the exclusion of Nigeria, which currently has the most significant number of martyrs in the world, from the list of countries of particular concern for religious freedom (CPC), which identifies countries with severe difficulties in religious freedom. Sean Nelson, global advisor to the International Federation for the Defense of Freedom (ADF International), said in a statement on the 5th: “I am disappointed and deeply concerned that the Biden administration has failed to designate Nigeria as a country of particular concern, where more Christians are being murdered for their faith than in all other countries combined.” “The United States must put more pressure on the Nigerian government regarding the blatant violations of religious freedom taking place in Nigeria,” he said. Two weeks ago, the League for Defense of International Freedom submitted a letter to U.S. lawmakers last month asking them to support a bill to designate Nigeria as a CPC and appoint a special envoy for religious freedom for Nigeria and the Lake Chad region. In Nigeria, more than 160 Christians were massacred, and hundreds of houses burned in majority areas in coordinated attacks that began on Saturday, the day before Christmas last year, and continued until Sunday.

Heavenly Father, in central Nigeria, many lives were killed and injured due to arson and attacks by armed groups, homes were burned, and livelihoods were lost. Regarding religious freedom violations in Nigeria, the International Civil Liberties Union said, “Ninety percent of Christians killed for their faith around the world last year were from Nigeria.” Christian believers in Nigeria are saddened by the fact that their families have been murdered and kidnapped by terrorists. Please comfort these saints of faith. Please protect those who have been abducted and give them strong faith. Also, please comfort and strengthen the children of God in Nigeria who keep their faith and serve the Lord against the continued attacks of evil people. “Deliver me, O my God, from my enemies; lift me from those who rise against me. Deliver me from evildoers, save me from bloodthirsty people.” (Psalm 59:1,2) Please allow the U.S. Department of State to list Nigeria as a ‘Group of Special Concern for Religious Freedom’ and establish policies and help for Christians who are suffering and persecuted. Please help the Nigerian government properly understand the situation of Christians and set policies.

Heavenly Father, "You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains." (Matthew 24:6-8) As you said, the war between Israel and Hamas and the war between Russia and Ukraine continue. Russia's Putin has declared that he will continue the war and is continuing to intensify the bombing. As a result, Ukraine is suffering from a shortage of weapons and an increase in casualties and injuries. We pray that you will have mercy on Ukraine and that the war will end. Through the earthquake in Japan last week and the resurgence of the flu and coronavirus epidemics that continue in the winter, we feel even more like the word of the Lord that this is the beginning of disaster. We see the words being fulfilled through the signs of the end times until the coming of Yeshua, our Lord, the Prince of Peace. Please help people of faith wake up in this era to intercede and fully prepare the way for the Lord's return. Please fill us with the Holy Spirit and help us to live a saintly life of words and prayer.

At that time, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” He called a little child to him and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.

“If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.

Father God, I (we) pray for the US.

Father God!

On Jan. 5, the Supreme Court decided that Idaho could implement a pro-life law that would make most abortions illegal except in certain circumstances. The Biden administration sued to challenge this law, which was enacted in Idaho in 2020. 'Argued that state abortion ban interfered with federal law requiring hospitals receiving Medicare funds to provide emergency services.' The Supreme Court upheld the state's abortion law in Idaho after lower courts blocked it. Regarding this, the White House said in a statement: "He called Idaho's abortion law "dangerous." Idaho is grateful that the Supreme Court "protects the lives of innocent children from abortion violence and protects women from abortion abuse" and allows abortion exceptions under the law when the pregnancy poses a threat to the life of the mother or is the result of rape or incest. "It will happen," he said. 2022 Supreme Court Roe v. Since the decision to overturn the W. ruling, about 170,000 fetuses are protected each year, the anti-abortion group Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America estimated.

God the Father! We are grateful that the Supreme Court ruled that fetuses at risk of abortion can survive and that women in conflict can save their lives. We pray that the United States will continue to pursue policies that recognize and protect fetuses as life. In 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the v. Wade decision and left abortion issues to be decided by each state. Since then, more than 14 states have enacted laws restricting or banning the procedure, and seven states have fully legalized abortion. "So God created man in his image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, 'Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it.'" (Genesis 1: 27-28) "Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be." (Psalm 139:16) As these words say, please protect the life you have been given as a blessing and protect the fetuses who are threatened by abortion. Please help the seven states that allow abortion and many other American states still repent and turn away from America's unbiblical policies and the sin of considering the life of the fetus as one's right.  Please help the church and its members repent, mourn, and pray that these sins are mine and the church's, and give them the wisdom to receive with gratitude the precious life the Lord gives them and raise them fully as children of God.

Father God!

The film ‘Sound of Freedom,’ which tells the true story of child trafficking, ranked in the top 10 at the U.S. box office in 2023. This film is the true story of Tim Ballard, a Department of Homeland Security agent working to end child trafficking. After he quit his job to search for her trafficked young siblings, he rescued a young girl from sex traffickers in the Colombian jungle and saved the lives of 123 people, 55 of them children. This is the unthinkable and unbelievable reality of child trafficking that is happening in the world. Although it has been attacked without any basis and has been treated as a rumor, it is a real thing called child trafficking. We are grateful that the film served as an opportunity for me to become aware of child trafficking, which is currently a global problem where many children are being sacrificed.

Heavenly Father, we thank you that there are people who are working for children and the vulnerable against the evil that is happening in the world. We thank you for revealing the sin of human trafficking through the film ‘Sound of Freedom’ and for making people aware and prayerful. Please grant the people of the United States the proper discernment, conscience, and knowledge to judge right and wrong so they can do the right thing. In particular, please pity the many people harmed by these sins and allow them to receive treatment and recovery. “And he said unto him, What have thou done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground. Cursed are you from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.” (Genesis 4:10-11) As you say, let the truth be revealed, and justice be served in the ring of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein that is now being shown in the United States. Please help us put an end to the sinful things that are happening in remote areas of the nations. Please stop these crimes from happening, especially against illegal immigrants who are a problem at the southern border of the United States. Please, Holy Spirit, work so that America can become a just society according to the Word of God so that the people fear God, turn away from lawlessness and repent.

Father God!

We pray that through the November election, a president with a vision will be elected so that we can become a country that fears God and lives a righteous and honest life. Let the intercessory prayers of believers arise. “I searched among them for someone to build a wall for the land and to stop the breach so that I would not destroy it, but I did not find one” (Ezekiel 22:30). As these words say, please God, raise churches and intercessors who will stand where the castle has collapsed, protect this land, and take control so proper leaders are raised. Please help us stop election fraud in all upcoming elections, ensure fairness and justice, justice in the judiciary, and ensure appropriate and accurate audits. Please help America become a just country of light that God uses until the end.

The Lord foils the plans of the nations; he thwarts the purposes of the peoples.

Father God, I (we) pray for South Korea.

Father God!

The Korea Pastoral Data Research Institute (Mokdeyeon) surveyed 756 online subscribers from December 30 last year to January 14 this year. The results of a survey (Numbers Poll) conducted to select only one 'Korean church keyword for 2024' were 'next generation' at 25%, 'spiritual recovery' at 20%, 'community' at 14%, '3040' at 11%, and ''Worship' was 9%, 'small group' was 9%, and 'evangelism/mission' was 4%. Mokde-Yeon said, "In the results of the Numbers Poll last January, 'community/offline recovery' was overwhelming at 42% because worship was held non-face-to-face due to the coronavirus pandemic. According to the results of this survey, 'community' was pushed to third place, and 'next generation' was selected as the top keyword for major Korean churches in 2024." He continued, "The number of church school students is decreasing twice as fast as the general school-age population. "The infant, elementary, middle, and high school student population itself is expected to decrease by 30% over the next ten years, so it seems urgent for the Korean church to take measures to prevent the decline of church schools."

Heavenly Father, thank you for allowing the Korean church to care about and pray for the next generation. The population growth rate in Korea is decreasing, interest in and attitude towards faith is weakening under the name of the generation gap between fathers' generation and children's generation, and the number of young people and children in church is decreasing. We are thankful that, at this time, the believers' interest is directed toward the next generation. Please bless my father's generation, who have prayed, worked hard, and served with faith to revive the Korean church and the country's development. In particular, we pray for the children who have grown up with the blessings of their father's generation, who have prayed, supported, and served them. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect" (Romans 12:2). According to these words, please, Holy Spirit, be with us so that our next generation can distinguish themselves from the adulterous and rebellious generation, have the identity of children of God, and live as a light that brightens the world's darkness. "On the day of your power, your people will wear holy garments and offer themselves joyfully; your young men will come to you like the morning dew. (Psalm 110:3) According to these words, please prepare the next generation to be like the dew of the dawn, clothed in the power of the Holy Spirit and devoted to the Lord in these last days. May the next generation of believers in Korea become the generation that becomes the light for Israel and the nations so that they return to the Lord.

Father God!

According to the Korean Central News Agency, on January 16, North Korea held the 10th session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly, the South's National Assembly, at Mansudae Assembly Hall in Pyongyang on the 15th. It was decided to abolish the Korea Peaceful Reunification Committee, National Economic Cooperation Bureau, Geumgangsan International Tourism Bureau, and inter-Korean organizations. They said they had established a policy to cancel the organizations responsible for inter-Korean dialogue and cooperation with South Korea. "The Cabinet and relevant agencies will establish practical measures to implement this decision." This meeting said, "The Republic of Korea, which has set 'unification by absorption' and 'unification of the system' as national policies, is a stark contrast to our policy of reunifying the country based on one people, one country, and two systems for nearly 80 years. "Unification cannot be achieved no matter when we go." Along with the abolition of the South Korea Organization, negative perceptions of unification were emphasized.

Heavenly Father, as North Korea's military provocations continue, North Korea is abolishing all organizations that cooperated with South Korea through the Supreme People's Assembly and is building further walls. We believe that it is only God the Father who can break down the wall between North and South Korea, and we pray before the Lord for North Korea. Please have mercy on the North Korean people who are starving, sick, and suffering in poverty and cold. Please bring down the North Korean communist regime, which is only obsessed with preparing for war and developing nuclear weapons and weapons without caring for its people, and give us unification. Please pity the North Korean people who are oppressed, have no freedom, and are in poverty and suffering. In particular, Yeshua believers are confined in political camps and suffering all kinds of hardships. Please answer the prayers of North Korean believers and give them a day to worship the Lord to their heart's content and receive comfort soon. God, let the idols of Kim Il-sung, Kim Jong-il, and Kim Jong-un fall. Please unify us through the Gospel and give us a day when the collapsed churches in North Korea are rebuilt, and worship is revived. Please wipe away the tears of North Korean believers by rebuilding the collapsed altar of the church where God was worshiped, and let the day come soon when they can worship the Lord to their heart's content. We want the South Korean church believers to fill the cup of prayer for unification. Please work to make Korea a unified Korea, an advanced Korea, and a missionary Korea that spreads and serves the Gospel of the kingdom of God to all nations. Please pour out the Holy Spirit so that the churches and believers in Korea can fulfill the mission of the last days, preparing and welcoming the way of the Lord, who will return with the fullness of the Holy Spirit to awaken the world's nations. Please bless us so that we can become a country that makes Israel jealous, prepares the way for the Lord's coming by forming the church of the One New Man, and gives glory to God.

Father God!

Please make sure that there is no election fraud in Korea. Please be honest in early voting so that the problems with election fraud from the last vote are not repeated. Let the National Election Commission be open to ensure that the election is conducted correctly and that accurate ballots are counted. Above all, please help us bring forth leaders of faith so Korea can become a country serving God. Please bless us so leaders who fear God and know this era through the Word of God will be raised. “The lot is cast in the lot, but the decisions are from the Lord” (Proverbs 16:33). We acknowledge that all of this is in the hands of the Lord and pray for our country and people. May the Republic of Korea be established as a nation that fears God and becomes a unified Korea that spreads the works of God to all countries.

We pray for the ministry planned and promoted by CWMI. Please bless all executives and branch heads, including the president. What we ask of those in charge is loyalty, so let them obey for the glory of the Lord and let only the gospel be revealed. 

We pray for the “Look at the Big Features of the Bible” seminar for overseas Korean missionaries in Israel in 2024, the consolation ministry to visit Israeli settlements planned in September 2024, and the one-day seminar and pilgrimage schedule. Please work so that the way to heaven can be opened even during the war with Israel.

We pray for the full presence and power of the Holy Spirit to be poured out on the women’s leaders’ meeting to be held in Korea on June 4th and 5th, 2024.
