Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations
'I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul. You have not given me into the hands of the enemy but have set my feet in a spacious place. ' (Psalms 31:7-8) Father God, we (I) pray for Israel. Father God! # On the night of November 10 and the morning of the 11th, Hezbollah in the north of Israel, Iraqi terrorist groups in the east, and Yemeni Houthi rebels in the south attacked Israel, all under the auspices of Iran, who threatened to attack Israel. Most of the missiles fired by Iraqi militias and Yemeni Houthi rebels were intercepted outside Israeli airspace, and several were intercepted entirely in Israeli airspace. Hezbollah, which attacks Israel with more than 100 rockets and drones every day, injured four people in an Arab village in northern Israel on Monday the 11th. Rocket fragments injured three civilians in a concentrated attack of 80 rockets and drones on Haifa and the coastal area. In response, the Israeli Air Force and artillery targeted and destroyed the rocket launchers and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) found numerous weapons and rockets in Hezbollah's tunnels for attacking Israel. However, the quantity was so large that the Israeli army could not transport it all, so they said they had to work with the Lebanese army. # The Nahal Brigade under the Gaza Division Command has eliminated several terrorists in recent months through intelligence-based targeted operations against terrorist facilities near Rafah on the Egyptian border. In Shabura, they dismantled a weapons storage facility near a mosque and a hospital, where they stored and manufactured weapons, observation equipment, drones, manufacturing supplies, explosive devices, and dozens of mortar shells. They also struck several terrorist infrastructures, armed cells, anti-tank missile facilities, weapons storage facilities, and underground facilities. # On the night of the 10th, the IDF, Shin Bet, and Border Police arrested eight suspected terrorists in various areas of Judea and Samaria during operations against terrorism in the West Bank. In Etzion, Yehuda, and Binyamin, they detained wanted suspects and seized dozens of explosive barrels, M-16 rifles, and pistols. Four suspects were also arrested in the Ephraim Division’s village operation along with drones and military equipment, and three more suspects were detained in Nablus, Shomron Division.
# Israel attacked Hezbollah’s stronghold in the Syrian town of Sinsar, destroying weapons being smuggled in by Iran along the aid route. The airstrikes in the Homs area reportedly killed Shalim Jamil Ayash, who had a $10 million bounty on his head and was responsible for the 2005 truck bombing in Beirut that killed 25 American soldiers. Father God, we thank you for protecting Israel in this war and terror situation, and we declare that the war belongs to you, and we pray with the words of Psalm 121. 'I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord , the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.' Father God, we thank you for the victory of the Israeli army in the battle, taking out the leaders of Hamas and Hezbollah. We pray that you punish Iran for supporting Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis in Yemen, and Iraq, who are attacking Israel, declaring that they will wipe Israel off the face of the earth and will continue to attack Israel. In particular, there are casualties from shrapnel as we defend against drone and rocket attacks by Hezbollah in Lebanon that are attacking Israel daily. Lord, please help us heal quickly. Please work quickly for Hamas and Hezbollah to surrender entirely and come forward and for the war to end. Please find the 101 hostages currently in Gaza and open the way for them to return. Please protect the health and safety of the soldiers on the battlefield. We are thankful that the Gazans, who have been living in pain, moving from their homes due to war under the evil Hamas, are realizing the evil of Hamas and are revealing to the news reporters that they want the Israeli military to eliminate Hamas. We pray that the days will soon come when the residents of the Gaza Strip, the southern residents of Lebanon, and the northern regions of Israel and the Gaza border can all live in stability. Please comfort the parents who have lost their young sons who went to the military for the peace of the country and the families who have lost their husbands and fathers. “Israel will be saved by the Lord with an everlasting salvation; you will never be put to shame or disgraced.” (Isaiah 45:17). We are grateful that the Lord God will save Israel according to this word. Please protect the Israeli soldiers on the battlefield and defend and protect the citizens from the Hamas agents who continue to commit terrorism within Israel. Please help the wounded soldiers and civilians to receive complete treatment and recover quickly. “But you are holy, O Lord, enthroned in the praises of Israel” (Psalm 22:3). Praise be to the Holy God of Israel. Father God! On Thursday evening, November 7, a violent attack by extremists waving the Palestinian flag targeted Maccabi Tel Aviv fans after a soccer match between Maccabi and Ajax in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Hundreds of Israeli soccer fans were beaten, chased with knives, and narrowly avoided being hit by a vehicle. Ten Israelis were injured, and 62 were arrested, according to a Dutch police spokesperson. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu flew two planes to pick up the Israelis. Minister Saar visited Amsterdam after the attack and sought urgent solutions on the ground, and asked Dutch Prime Minister Dick Skoop to strengthen security for the Jewish community in the Netherlands.
Father God, Israeli soccer fans were violently attacked in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with ten people seriously injured and many Israelis suffering. Please comfort the hundreds of victims and the wounded hearts of the Israelis who heard the news. The people of Israel have been scattered throughout the world for over two thousand years, suffering, despising, and suffering hardship. It is also the sin of not serving the God of these ancestors. Still, God said through Paul, “I say then, did they stumble so that they fell? Certainly not! For through their fall salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel jealous.” (Romans 11:11). “I do not want you, brothers, to be ignorant of this mystery, in your own estimation, that a partial hardening has occurred in Israel until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved. As it is written, ‘The Deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn away ungodliness from Jacob. This is my covenant with them when I take away their sins.’ As to the gospel, they are enemies for your sake; but as to election, they are beloved for the sake of the ancestors.” (Romans 11:25-28) We Thank you for fulfilling this word. As the firstborn nation that received God’s love through their ancestors, He said that until the whole number of the salvation of the Gentiles of the nations would be fulfilled. Now, we believe and give thanks that He is fulfilling His covenant with Israel when He turns away the ungodliness of Israel and takes away their sins. “Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. Speak to the heart of Jerusalem and cry out to her, ‘The time of her slavery is over, her iniquity is forgiven, she has received from the hand of the Lord double for all her sins.’” (Isaiah 40:1, 2) Please let us comfort Israel according to God’s word and convey the heart of God the Father toward them. Now, through Christians who believe in Yeshua of the nations, please open our eyes to see the King of the Jews who comforts Israel and open our ears to hear the news of the Messiah Yeshua, who will come as the King of Peace. Please work the Holy Spirit so that Israel can understand with their hearts. Baruch HaBa Beshem Adonai! Father God! Heavenly Father, we thank you for calling all of us, Gentiles, as intercessors and servants of God’s great and precious work. We pray with the mission of a watchman on the perfect wall. Give us peace in Jerusalem, Lord God, establish Jerusalem and be praised. May the Jews and all the tribes of Israel scattered throughout the nations who must return to their homeland return to the Promised Land. Please work so Aliyah can be fulfilled even among the believing Jews by changing the law of return. Give us the power to fully fulfill the precious mission of praying and serving each of us until the word of God is fulfilled. May I always live a life of faith filled with the Holy Spirit. Please take care of our health. In the name of Yeshua Messiah, I (we) pray for Israel.
'May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine on us— so that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations. ' (Psalms 67:1-2) Father God! On October 26, 12,000 Christians gathered in Dublin, Ireland, hosted by All Nations Church and Bethania Church. The 'March for Jesus' was held to pray for the country's political and spiritual recovery. Christians walked through the city center holding pickets that read 'Jesus is our king' and 'Jesus changes everything,' spending a day of worship, joy, and unity. Father God, we thank you for the fact that the 'March for Jesus,' which began in 1987, has become a global event that has expanded across the UK and grown to 170 countries and 12 million people in 1994. It will continue in Dublin, Ireland, in 2024. We share a message from the event's preacher, Pastor John Ahern, of All Nations Church in Dublin. “See, I have set you this day over nations and kingdoms, to uproot and to pull down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.” (Jeremiah 1:10). Through this word, we pray for the nation and the family. For the next generation, we thank you for warning us about the evils of abortion and the sexualization of children and for allowing us to repent and pray. Please let Ireland return to the word of the truth of God and be restored as a church and nation that serves God correctly. In particular, please awaken the sleeping church and saints and let the church shine its light on the world's darkness. “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’” (John 14:6) Please let us live a life that follows this word, stands on the path of Jesus’ new life, and marches for Jesus. Father God! In February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine to end it in a short period, according to captured documents, testimonies of Russian prisoners of war, and various military intelligence. After capturing Kyiv, Russia prepared clothes for a parade and even vehicles for celebrations. However, after the plan failed, Russia continued the war under the slogan of a “special military operation.” In an interview with the BBC, British Army Chief of Staff General Tony Radakin it was said that an average of 1,500 Russian troops were killed or wounded every day in October. He said that the total number of Russian casualties since the start of the war in February 2022 is about 700,000. "Russia is gaining strategic and territorial gains, but more than 40 percent of public spending is spent on war, which is costing the country a "huge loss," he said. President-elect Trump, who said he would end the war in Ukraine as soon as possible if he won the US presidency again, discussed the war in Ukraine with Russian President Putin. He said he told Russia not to escalate the war any further. In response, Chairman Radakin said Western allies would remain firm in supporting Ukraine "for as long as necessary." Ukrainian President Zelensky hoped Russia would focus on recovering the territories it invaded.
Father God, the Russian invasion of Ukraine is a great disaster not only for Ukraine but also for Russia, causing great hardships and loss of life and property. Please comfort the Ukrainian people who are suffering and wounded by the innocent sacrifice of many civilians due to the severe war and the tired bodies and minds of Ukrainian refugees who have fled to neighboring countries due to the war. Please pray for the safety of all churches and families in Ukraine. Please protect us, give courage to church leaders, and help the saints overcome the fear of war with faith. Also, please touch and heal the hearts of the families of the Russian soldiers who lost their lives on the battlefield. “And he said to them, ‘Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.’” (Luke 21:10). “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See to it that you are not afraid; all these things must happen, but the end is not yet.” (Matthew 24:6) Lord, who said that this is the beginning of disasters, I believe that through the news of suffering that comes from wars, primarily through the war between Russia and Ukraine and the war between Hamas Hezbollah and Israel, you will make us realize that this is the beginning of disasters in the last days. We pray that you will have mercy on the countries and peoples in war and that the door of your salvation will be opened. We pray that the reign of the Lord, the King of Peace, will come upon all the nations of this earth. At the beginning of these disasters, please fill us with the Holy Spirit so that we may stay awake, be sober, long for the coming of God's kingdom, and live a life of faith that prepares the way for the Lord's coming. We (I) prayed for the nations in the name of Yeshua Messiah. Amen.
'Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. ' (Romans 13:1-2) Father God, I (we) pray for the US.
Father God!
On November 11, a Wisconsin attorney, Tom, pleaded with the state Supreme Court to restore the state’s 175-year-old abortion ban more than two years after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, urging the justices to rule that the 1985 law effectively struck down the ban was “anti-democratic.” Sheboygan County District Attorney Joel Urmansky appealed a Dann County judge’s ruling invalidating the state’s 175-year-old ban. Roe v. Wade effectively ended the constitutional right to abortion, giving states the power to permit, restrict, or ban abortion altogether. A ruling is expected to take several weeks. But with liberal justices controlling the court, abortion advocates see a near certainty that they will win the case.
Father God, the Supreme Court in 22 years has banned the Rod de Wade abortion law, giving states the power to do so, and they are trying to overturn the 175-year-old abortion ban in Wisconsin. They do not recognize the murder of a life given by God the Creator as a sin in this day and age, allowing abortion for the sake of women’s rights, and they do not fear the judgment of sin. Have mercy on the judges of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and make them fear God, the Lord of life, during the remaining few weeks of the legislation. Please help them realize the preciousness of life and turn away from the murder of abortion. “For you formed my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; my soul knows it very well your works are wonderful. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in secret and wonderfully woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” (Psalm 139:13-16) According to this verse, I pray that you remember God, who values and cares for our one life more than the whole world, and that you may become those who turn from sin. Lord, have mercy on this sinful generation.
Father God!
Thank you for listening to the prayers for the presidential election and for electing President Trump, who is conservative and prays with the advice of the servants of faith before God. Please give wisdom and faith to the elected president so that America can become a nation of faith again that fears and serves God. Please help the Lord use the authority that comes from God wisely to maintain order among the nations and continue peace without war so that the people of America can be at peace. “For he is God’s messenger to you for good” (Romans 13:4). Please help us to become people who do good, as this verse says. “He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you but to act justly, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8) Please help me become a president who acts justly, fears the Lord God, and loves the people, as this verse says. Until the day of the inauguration, please give us discernment and wisdom to establish people of faith who trust in God and serve the country and the people in all departments. Please bless the President of the United States and all leaders who will be with him, encouraging them to be faithful to God and courageous and bold in carrying out the good things they promised during the election. Please keep us safe and let us always stand humbly before God, fearing only the Lord and using proper authority so that God’s kingdom and rule may be established. Please let us use what God has entrusted to us for good. The president-elect has been decided, and there are still places in the Senate and House of Representatives where the votes are being counted. Please let it proceed fairly without corruption until the end and produce perfect results. God gives the President strength in all he does in this country and returns to the rule of law. Please give the new administration the strength to do everything necessary for the nation's work so that America can return to biblical values. We pray that biblical morality, education, and many policies will be restored in all areas and that God's will to be accomplished through the United States will be wholly performed in the nations. Please let God use the United States as a good nation and a nation of light, a missionary nation that spreads the gospel to the nations until the end.
We (I) prayed for America in the name of Yeshua, Messiah. Amen.
'So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. ' (1 Thessalonians 5:6-8) Father God, I (we) pray for South Korea. Father God!
North Korea's Korean Central News Agency reported on the 12th that "The 'Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation' signed in Pyongyang on June 19 was ratified by Chairman Kim Jong-un's decree." "The head of state (Kim Jong-un) signed the decree on the 11th." A Ministry of Unification official said, "This is the first time that a treaty has been ratified in the form of a Chairman's decree." "We are paying attention to the possibility that Russia and North Korea will officially link the treaty and North Korea's troop dispatch after the treaty comes into effect." The Russia-North Korea treaty takes effect from the date of the exchange of ratification documents, and "Up until now, North Korean troops have been dispatched in camouflage wearing Russian military uniforms. It is possible that they will adopt a more open troop dispatch format after exchanging ratification documents." "The scale of the dispatch or the scale of Russian support may be expanded."
Father God, Russia, and North Korea are further building up the power of evil by signing a treaty and establishing a strategic partnership. Please remember that military and economic cooperation due to this treaty will directly lead to harmful elements in the international community and will inevitably escalate into more significant problems. North Korea is developing new weapons with economic support from Russia, causing chaos in the global community and threatening South Korea, which is trying to bring about unification and preparing to start a war inwardly. It is also clear that Russia is worried that it will send North Korean troops to attack Ukraine and turn innocent lives into cannon fodder on the battlefield. “Do not trust in nobles, nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help. For his breath departs, he returns to his earth; in that day his thoughts perish. Blessed is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God.” (Psalm 146:3-5) Father God, we trust you with the concerns and threats that may arise due to the Russia-North Korea treaty. Please work to nullify their treaty that threatens our safety and peace and drives innocent lives to ruin. Let the powers and forces be destroyed according to God’s will, and kneel before God, who governs history. Let their conspiracies and injustice be revealed to the world, and let the lives of the North Korean military be protected under the shadow of the Almighty. Let the prayer bowl for unification be filled so that Kim Jong-un’s unification erasure can be stopped and the day when the South and the North are unified through the gospel can come quickly. Let the South and the North be unified, and the collapsed churches in North Korea be rebuilt everywhere, filled with the sound of praising God, and let the work of destroying evil spirits in the name of Yeshua take place.
Father God!
On November 12, the National Council of Churches in Korea (NCCK, Chairman Rev. Jang Jong-hyun) held the 'Korean Church Vision Conference Commemorating the 140th Anniversary of Korean Christianity' at Baekseok University in Cheonan. Approximately 300 people, including heads of major denominations and figures from the religious community, gathered to pray for the Korean Church Union and its vision. The NCCK said that it prepared the event to commemorate the 140th anniversary of Korean Christianity, encourage the Korean Church to become new and united, and pledge recovery. In his speech, NCCK Chairman Jang Jong-hyun emphasized, "Korean Christianity is gradually losing its first love, and its cries for prayer are decreasing." "Now that we are celebrating the 140th anniversary of missionary work, we must rekindle the spark of the Holy Spirit in prayer, repent of our arrogance that has been stained by division and secularization, and open a new era of spiritual revival." "Let us restore the essence of faith and become a Korean church that gives glory only to God as a community of Jesus' life centered on the Word, prayer, and worship." He urged, "Let us work together so that the Korean church can stand tall again as a church that goes beyond national evangelization and leads the world church with the faith of the cross and resurrection."
God the Father, thank you for loving Korea and blessing us so that the gospel could come 140 years ago. We genuinely thank you for allowing us to receive the gospel through missionaries and for allowing the gospel to come and have a significant impact on Korean society and bring about remarkable changes in every class and culture. You brought about substantial changes in numerous systems, human dignity, and values that human effort cannot change, and you allowed us to play a significant role in shaping Korean society. You gave us the blessing of becoming a nation that does not stop at being those who have received the gospel but goes out into the world with it in obedience to the Word of God and lives as witnesses of the gospel. Even though God has established us as a nation that enjoys such incredible blessings, the current Korean church is not only unable to make the gospel the gospel. It is not fulfilling the role of a disciple of Jesus, but it is also compromising with the world and becoming a worldly church that has forgotten its mission as light and salt. Please pity us. “But you, man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith, take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses” (1 Timothy 6:11-12). Please pour out the power of the Holy Spirit so that the Korean church can once again become a church and saints who fight the good fight of faith, just as this verse says. You have made us live as priests like kings, so please let us live these last days as faithful witnesses with the faith of the cross and resurrection. Please let the Korean church fulfill its mission of leading Korean society again while waiting for the Lord's return. We pray earnestly that our next generation will also be filled with the Holy Spirit to keep this faith to the end and firmly establish the kingdom of God.
In the name of Yeshua Messiah, I (we) prayed for South Korea. Amen. Praying for CWMI Father God! # Please bless all executives and branch heads, including the president. What we ask of those in charge is loyalty, so let them obey for the glory of the Lord and let only the gospel be revealed.
