Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations

'The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does. The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them. The Lord watches over all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy. '

Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.

Father God!

* On Sunday, August 25, at 4:30 a.m., the Israeli Air Force received information that Hezbollah was planning to launch 6,000 rockets into Israel from southern Lebanon at 5 a.m. In response, 100 fighter jets were launched to destroy targets in Lebanon preemptively. A 48-hour state of emergency was declared across the country, and Ben Gurion International Airport was closed. However, after an hour of fighting, the airport resumed normal operations at 7 a.m.

Father God, the war belongs to the Lord. The war with Hamas, the war with Hezbollah, and the Iranian plan to attack Israel by coordinating them are all in the hands of the Lord God of Israel, and I pray with the words of Psalm 140:6-13.

'I say to the Lord , “You are my God.” Hear, Lord , my cry for mercy. Sovereign Lord , my strong deliverer, you shield my head in the day of battle. Do not grant the wicked their desires, Lord ; do not let their plans succeed. Those who surround me proudly rear their heads; may the mischief of their lips engulf them. May burning coals fall on them; may they be thrown into the fire, into miry pits, never to rise. May slanderers not be established in the land; may disaster hunt down the violent. I know that the Lord secures justice for the poor and upholds the cause of the needy. Surely the righteous will praise your name, and the upright will live in your presence.'

Father God, please let Israel pray and ask before God for the power of salvation according to this word. “I love those who love me, and those who seek me diligently will find me.” (Prov. 8:17) Please let us become those who love God more and seek Him and find Him according to this word. We especially pray that those who seek God through this war will be blessed with meeting the Messiah Yeshua.

Father God!

* Mediation between the US, Egypt, and Qatar continues in Cairo. Israel expects a ceasefire in the first phase of the deal that will see the release of 18 to 33 of the 109 hostages. Hamas is insisting on the July 2nd agenda of a complete ceasefire and Israeli withdrawal, as opposed to the plan to remain in the Philadelphia corridor from Kerem Shalom physically [Crossing] to the sea, and there is no room for negotiation.

* On the 27th, during the war with Hamas in the central Gaza center, 7 Israeli soldiers were killed, and one soldier was killed in an attack by Hezbollah in the north, bringing the total number of soldiers who died in this war to 702. Father God, while Hamas is refusing to negotiate the hostage and ceasefire and is blaming Israel, 7 Israeli soldiers were killed on the night of the 26th. Please comfort the grieving families and govern Hamas so that the hostages can be released quickly. Please protect the lives of the 109 hostages and open the way for their quick return. Please comfort the families of the hostages, the families of the soldiers who were sacrificed, and their colleagues and neighbors. Please quickly eliminate the evil Hamas terrorist group in the Gaza Strip and drive Hezbollah from the northern Lebanese border and the Lebanese border. Please protect the lives of Israeli citizens from the terrorism that is happening inside Israel. Please help the civilians who were injured by war and terrorism and the soldiers who were wounded on the battlefield to recover well and be healthy.

Father God, please rule over the evil of Hamas' ignorance in causing war and using Gazans as human shields. Please have mercy on the Gazans who have left their homes and are living on the move due to the war so that Hamas' terrorist armed groups will raise their hands and surrender and come forward, and healing will come to the land. In this war situation, polio is spreading, so we are vaccinating. Please have mercy on the children, and protect not only the Gazans in that land but also the Israeli soldiers who are fighting for peace in that land from the spreading of polio, and keep them healthy.

Father God!

We praise the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, who protects Israel and gives her victory in war. We pray that you purify Jerusalem for the holy name of God the Father. We destroy all the idols that have defiled the temple of Jerusalem in the name of Yeshua. We oppose all the evil deeds of the pagans in the Valley of the Hinnom and the foreign gods in the Valley of Kidron in the name of Yeshua and burn them with the fire of the Holy Spirit. Covered with the blood of Yeshua, we declare that Jerusalem will be purified in the mighty name of Yeshua. The altar of Abraham on Mount Moriah will be restored. The altar of the burnt offering on the threshing floor of Araunah of David will be erected. The temple established through Solomon, proclaiming peace, will be established as a house of prayer for all peoples, and worship will be restored! Glory be to the holy Jehovah God alone. We declare that the complete restoration of Jerusalem will be accomplished in the name of the Messiah Yeshua, who will come again!

Father God!

Heavenly Father, we thank you for calling all of us, Gentiles, as intercessors and servants of God’s great and precious work. We pray with the mission of a watchman on the perfect wall. Give us peace in Jerusalem, Lord God, establish Jerusalem and be praised. May the Jews and all the tribes of Israel scattered throughout the nations who must return to their homeland return to the Promised Land. Please work so Aliyah can be fulfilled even among the believing Jews by changing the law of return. Give us the power to fully fulfill the precious mission of praying and serving each of us until the word of God is fulfilled. May I always live a life of faith filled with the Holy Spirit. Please take care of our health.

Father God!

In Afghanistan, where the Taliban took power for three years in 2021, the number of refugees is rapidly increasing due to extreme weather events. (Report by Save the Children, an international children's rights NGO) As of June 27, 2024, 38,000 people were displaced during the first half of the year, half of whom are children. Last year, 747,094 children were displaced due to climate disasters, the highest number in the world. One in three Afghans suffers from severe hunger at the Integrated Food Security Classification (IPC) Level 3, which is 'critical'. In Kandahar Province in southern Afghanistan, the most affected by the drought, more than hundreds of wells and water sources have dried up, leaving half of all households without access to clean water. In the remaining households, diseases spread as children walk long distances to fetch water or use the same water source as livestock.

Father God, while the world suffers from climate change, the worst drought continues in 25 of Afghanistan's 34 provinces. More than half of the population suffers from hunger due to climate shock, rising food prices, and lack of drinking water. In addition, in one area, people have lost their homes and become refugees due to floods. Due to abnormal climate conditions, we continue to hear news of war and great disasters, especially floods and heat waves, worldwide. “For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now” (Romans 8:18-21). In this, all of God’s creation is groaning and suffering, waiting for the coming of the Lord. In Afghanistan, a new water system is being built, and 1.881 million liters of drinking water are being provided to residents in urgent need using water trucks. Please bless Save the Children and NGOs running programs in nine states to respond to climate disasters. Please protect and give health to volunteers who shine the light of the gospel through service in a land where evangelism is prohibited.

The Afghan Taliban, which regained power after the withdrawal of NATO troops, including the US, in August 2021, has banned the education of female high school students and is restricting female university education. In the midst of this, on August 22, the Afghan Taliban regime announced a new law, 'Propagation of Virtue and Prevention of Vice,' which restricts women's fundamental rights. The law's core is the restriction of women's rights. Article 13 states that women must always cover their bodies in public places. Wearing a face covering is mandatory, and women's clothing must not be thin, short, or tight. They must also cover themselves in front of non-Muslim men and women, and women are also prohibited from seeing men who are not related by blood or marriage. In particular, it restricts women's voices and considers them 'intimate,' prohibiting singing, reciting, and reading out loud in public. Article 19 bans music performances, women traveling alone, and unrelated men and women riding together. The 'promotion of virtue' sought by this law includes prayer, conforming Muslims' character and behavior to Islamic law, encouraging women to wear the hijab, and advising them to follow the five pillars of Islam.

Father God, we pray for the human rights of women in Afghanistan. In 2021, under the Taliban regime, women are prohibited from education and have limited social life. Please rule over the Taliban regime, which has enacted a new law to suppress women's activities further, while women who were freely educated and living until three years ago are appealing for their imprisonment. We pray in the name of Messiah Yeshua, the Messiah, as we pray and declare. May all the chains of oppression that bind the children and women of Afghanistan be broken! May the children and women of Afghanistan become channels of blessing for spreading the gospel!

Father God, Afghanistan is a 99.8% Muslim country, and the local and central governments are “extremely hostile” to Christians. Christians are prohibited from worshipping or preaching publicly. According to humanitarian organizations and watchdogs, Christians who remain in Afghanistan since the Taliban took over routinely face torture and persecution from the government, friends, family, and community. Many have fled to other countries to defend their Christian faith, but please protect the thousands of Christians who remain. They remain without fear of martyrdom, even though they know the Taliban will take over. Some believers have decided to stay, thinking, “If everyone leaves this country, who will preach the gospel, and who will protect the church here?” As an Islamic country, we are in a situation where the door to the gospel is blocked, oppressed, and killed, but please protect those who believe in Jesus in this reality, especially the Holy Spirit, who protects and keeps them safe. When we see the faith of these Afghan saints, let us wake up, become sober-minded, and repent of our laziness. Let us become humble in the Holy Spirit with the wise faith that prepares us to meet the Lord.

Father God, I (we) pray for the US.

Father God!

Nebraska is the state that will decide whether to protect abortion rights or restrict abortion in the November election. Abortion advocates have spent a lot of money on the side that is pushing abortion rights as a critical issue for election victory. For months, they have been campaigning and providing jobs to college students to collect millions of signatures for the ballot initiative, which would amount to 10-15% of the voters. As a result, not only eight strategically important states, including New York and Maryland, but also Colorado, Florida, South Dakota, and a few weeks ago Arizona, Missouri, Montana, and Nebraska, will vote to legalize abortion in their state constitutions in the November election.

Father God, “The lot is cast in the lap, but the whole decision is from the Lord (Proverbs 16:33).” According to this verse, we only repent, pray with tears, and cry out to the Lord. American progressives have branded abortion as a reproductive right or a fundamental human right. Look at the work they are doing to legalize abortion in the constitutions of each state. They want abortions before birth, and they model themselves on the culture of death propagated by Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, a giant abortion agency founded in 1916. They run the abortion industry in America as a non-profit organization that receives massive subsidies and donations, including taxpayer money, and they run abortion facilities in connection with their wealth. They are now one of the top suppliers of puberty blockers and hormone replacement therapy, and they are also involved in selling aborted fetal tissue. Lord, have mercy on them and turn them to Your Word. “For You made my inward parts; You knit me together in my mother’s womb… “Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” (Psalm 139:13, 16) As the church repents and our earnest and persistent prayers continue, we believe we will see the work of the Lord as we pray before Him, who accomplishes His good works. Please lead, Lord.

Father God!

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) last month decided to no longer “recommend any surgery for adolescents with gender identity confusion” due to uncertainty about long-term effectiveness and low-quality evidence. This marks a complete break from the dominant transgender ideology and a complete reversal of its previous position. Those plastic surgeons said, “We must consider mental health and the whole person, and we cannot openly support attempts to remove healthy organs and change the body to look like the opposite sex.”

# Father God, thank you for making these most professional associations take a stand against sex reassignment surgery. Thank you for making medicine not fall into ideology and stop recommending minors undergo sex reassignment surgery, such as surgical manipulation or removal of healthy organs, based on low evidence. “For no one ever hated his own body, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ nourishes the church (Ephesians 5:29).” We pray that we do not destroy the bodies given to us, as this verse says. In Europe, we wanted to see better results after 10 or 20 years of minor sex reassignment procedures in the long term. However, we have discovered that this is not the case, and we are putting the brakes on minor sex reassignment procedures and depoliticizing sex reassignment procedures. Thank you for allowing America’s medical institutions to be open to considering scientific evidence, leaving politics out, and getting back to the basics of medicine.

Father God!

May an American president be established who respects the truth of the Bible and protects America’s founding principles and constitutional values. “A king establishes his land with justice” (Proverbs 29:4). As you said, may there be a president who will lead America with justice and a majority of the Senate and House of Representatives working with him. May Christian voters be empowered to uphold God’s word through voting rights. May all officials, including the National Election Commission, act in justice and fairness during the election process without manipulating public opinion or fraud. We see that the mainstream media is currently creating false public opinion polls. May the media report election issues with fairness and honesty, without bias. May the people have the right to discern and judge the false propaganda that abortion is an individual’s freedom and individual right, and may a president worthy of God be established. Please let America become a nation that spreads the light of God's word to countries with the correct values ​​as Christian nations.

Father God, I (we) pray for South Korea.

Father God!

According to information reported at the plenary session of the National Assembly Intelligence Committee on August 26, the 250 missile launchers recently revealed by North Korea are known to have a range of 610 km. They can threaten Chungcheong Province, the central region of the Korean Peninsula. In particular, the National Intelligence Service is concerned about military cooperation between North Korea and Russia. "Recently, North Korea has been providing weapons to Russia through military cooperation with Russia, but I have doubts about whether it would be difficult to procure that many missiles by operating a missile weapons production system." However, National Assembly member Lee Seong-kwon said, "Security cooperation and economic and social cooperation between Russia and North Korea should be blocked in any form." On the 24th, North Korea also criticized US President Joe Biden's approval of the revised 'Nuclear Weapons Operation Guidelines' in response to North Korea's nuclear threat in alliance with China and Russia. Also, North Korea has claimed that strengthening its national defense to respond to the nuclear threat from the United States is a “legitimate exercise of self-defense rights,” saying that it will continue to strengthen its nuclear arsenal.

Father God, many victims of floods in North Korea are suffering from infectious diseases. Livestock such as pigs and chickens are also dying from contagious diseases, and there are reports that North Korea has asked the UN for help for the first time. Even in this challenging economic situation, North Korea is preparing for war by using a lot of materials for weapons and nuclear development and preparing for an invasion. Please have mercy on the struggling North Korean people and govern the Kim Jong-un regime that is preparing for war and not caring for its people.

Father God, please hear our prayers for the unification of the South and the North in peace under God’s guidance, not war. Please let the day come quickly when the North Korean communist regime collapses, and the tearful prayers of North Korean Christians are answered. We pray that the altars of prayer and worship in North Korea's fallen churches will be restored and that the country will once again serve God and be unified. “The Lord nullifies the counsel of the nations; he frustrates the peoples' plans. The counsel of the Lord stands forever, as do the plans of the peoples from generation to generation. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he has chosen for his inheritance.” (Psalm 33:10-12) Following this word, please give the leaders and believers of the Korean church the strength to serve God properly, pray for unification with the love of the cross, and live a life of faith in their respective positions. Please quickly fill the remaining cup of prayer for unification. Please pour out the Holy Spirit on God’s church and believers so that they can live a life of the Word.

We plan a seminar for Korean missionaries in Israel from September 23rd to 30th. Please bless us so that the doors that have been shrunk due to Israel's war will be wide open, and please keep the instructors and all attendees solid and safe with the Holy Spirit.

# Please bless all executives and branch heads, including the president. What we ask of those in charge is loyalty, so let them obey for the glory of the Lord and let only the gospel be revealed.
