Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations
'“Come, let us return to the Lord . He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds. After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence. ' (Hosea 6:1-2) Father God, we (I) pray for Israel. Father God! On Saturday, February 15, the 498th day of the war, despite Hamas’ threats not to release the hostages, the terrorist group released three hostages (Alexander Sasha Trufanov, Sagi Dekel Chen (American), and Iair Horn), and Israel released about 200 terrorist prisoners. This was due to President Trump’s firm stance. Prime Minister Netanyahu thanked President Trump for his leadership and firm stance, and President Trump said the United States would “support” any decision Israel makes in response. The IDF said it was working hard to bring back the six living hostages who were released in the first phase of negotiations and that the bodies of the four hostages would be released on Thursday. Father God, thank you for the return of the three hostages last Saturday. Please continue negotiations for the remaining 70 hostages so that all hostages can be returned. Please comfort and strengthen the families and friends of the remaining hostages who are anxiously waiting for the bodies of the four hostages to be returned on Thursday, as their identities have not been revealed. Please comfort the parents of the young soldiers who sacrificed their lives to protect their country and their families and the families who lost their husbands and fathers. Please comfort the parents and families who lost their children due to the war, and let the many wounded soldiers heal quickly. “Thus says the Lord: The captives of the mighty will be taken, and the prey of the fearful will be rescued; for I will resist those who oppose you, and I will save your children” (Isaiah 49:25). According to this word, please save the hostages, oppose Hamas, the enemy who started this evil, and ultimately save Israel. Please help us restore houses and remodel and build bunkers for the citizens of the villages who have not yet been able to return to their homes that were destroyed by the war so that their lives can stabilize quickly. Above all, please protect the Israeli people who have suffered physical and emotional hardships from this war by seeking God’s peace and overcoming the trauma of war through God’s comfort, and not suffering from suffering and depression. Please let Israel come ultimately before the Lord God and become a people who trust in the Lord God, who heals and saves. Father God! On February 18, Defense Minister Israel Katz said that if Hezbollah violates the ceasefire after the withdrawal of troops from southern Lebanon, there will be a strong response. This will involve maintaining five outposts within the border defenses of the south of Lebanon to ensure complete security for the northern communities. Each outpost will be staffed with one company of troops and will remain indefinitely. A company typically comprises 100-150 men, a small fraction of the more significant force. Depending on the situation, the more considerable force could be in the thousands, from 10,000 to 15,000 men. Father God, we thank you for the ongoing ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah on the northern Lebanese border. Please stop all Iranian activities and evil plans to support and aid Hezbollah terrorist groups in Lebanon and attack Israel, and stop Hezbollah’s terrorist activities. Bless the Christian President Joseph Aoun of Lebanon, who borders Israel, and ask for God's grace and wisdom to govern Lebanon properly. Encourage and strengthen the Christian faith communities in Lebanon and establish a proper Lebanese government. Please quickly reorganize the Lebanese military and establish a standard national system so that the day will come when Lebanon can develop its independent defense system like Egypt and Jordan and open its border with Israel. “Behold, I will make you a new threshing sled with sharp teeth; you will beat the mountains, crush them, and make the hills like chaff. You will winnow them, the wind will carry them away, and the whirlwind will scatter them. But you will rejoice in the Lord and boast in the Holy One of Israel.” (Isaiah 41:15-16) With these words, please make the army of Israel a new threshing sled armed with even stronger warriors. Please make Israel sufficient to defend and defeat all their enemies so that they may rely more on, trust in, and rejoice in the Lord God and become a nation that boasts of the Lord God among the nations. Father God! Lord, please rule over Hamas in Gaza, who are using the hostages as tools and trying to build up their power and remove them from the land. May the evil Hamas power, which returns to the north of Gaza and shouts victory for Hamas every time they release the hostages, continue to commit terrorism and war, destroy peace, and collapse. May the land be restored to the remnant of the house of Judah. “The seashore will become pastureland, with shepherds’ tents and folds for flocks. The territory will be returned to the remnant of the house of Judah. They will pasture their flocks there and lie down in the houses of Ashkelon at night. For the Lord, their God will visit them and turn their captivity.” (Zeph 2:6-7) May the lands of suffering become lands that receive the Lord’s care and return to the remnant of Judah, just as this word says. Please protect all Arabs who are recognized as autonomous states in the West Bank and who live in the land of Israel, and let them share in the blessings of God with Israel. Please help us eliminate all the hidden evil deeds, plans, and weapons of war that Hamas uses to incite and exploit good citizens and to bring about days of true peace. In the name of Yeshua Messiah, I (we) pray for Israel.
'For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land. A little while, and the wicked will be no more; though you look for them, they will not be found. ' (Psalms 37:9-10) Father God, I (we) pray for the Nation. Father God! The reason why Christian persecution is deepening and increasing worldwide is because of the competition between superpowers and the collapse of the international order. “As the powers such as the United States, Russia, and China compete for influence, conflicts and wars are occurring all over the world, and dictators and terrorist organizations are persecuting religion more.” “The Nagorno-Karabakh region between Armenia and Azerbaijan has preserved more than 1,700 years of Christian history. However, over the past nine months, the Azerbaijani government’s military offensive and blockade have decimated the Christian community like “ethnic cleansing,” and the international community has been indifferent,” said Joel Veldkamp of the global Christian human rights group, urging Christians to respond actively. “The countries where Christian persecution is increasing are China, North Korea, Nigeria, Armenia, and Syria, and especially Myanmar, where civil war is ongoing, and it is time to deliver the message and take action for the persecuted Christians.” Father God, in every corner of the world, Christians are increasingly being persecuted and struggling, and the conflict has continued since the military junta took power in early 2021. We pray for Myanmar, a 90% Buddhist country, where thousands of civilians have died and about 2.3 million people have been displaced. On February 6, the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Chin State, the only church in Myanmar with a Christian population of 85%, was bombed; its roof was blown off, its windows were shattered, and it was no longer usable, and churches were suffering. “Christ gave himself for our sins to deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father” (Gal 1:4). With this word, may the Holy Spirit help and give us strength to save us from this generation of persecution and hardship, keep our faith until the end, and be victorious, looking to Christ who redeemed us from our sins. We pray that our believers in Myanmar and around the world who are experiencing hardships and difficulties will be victorious with the faith of the saints of the last days who endure and overcome. As the word says, “He who endures to the end will be saved.” Father God! On February 13, the Russian Kremlin spokesman said that the leaders of the US and Russia exchanged invitations to end the war in Ukraine. US President Trump will visit Russia, and Russian President Putin will visit the US. The preparatory meeting for the summit will be held in a third country, Saudi Arabia. The day before, President Trump said, "The Ukraine conflict (war) can and should be resolved through peace talks." The war between Russia and Ukraine, which began in February 2022, has continued for three years, causing great difficulties and damage to both Russia and Ukraine. In the midst of this, 11,000 North Korean soldiers dispatched to Russia are being sent to the battlefield without sufficient training and equipment support necessary for modern warfare and are being sacrificed. The Ukrainian military broadcaster reported experiencing serious difficulties in treating the wounded and replacing troops. At this time, it is said that President Trump is planning a peace talk to end the war in Ukraine through a summit with Russian President Putin. “Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the purpose of the LORD that will stand.” (Prov. 19:21) Please lead and guide this meeting so that it can be a proper solution. Please listen to the cries of those suffering from war and have mercy on them. Please let the nations and peoples realize that only the LORD God rules and governs the world. Let them come before the LORD God, who sent his only Son, Jesus, to the world and gave Himself up to die on the cross to save the world and bring peace. “Incline your ear to me and deliver me quickly; be my strong rock, my saving fortress. You are my rock and fortress; therefore, for your name’s sake, lead and guide me. Take me out of the net they have secretly laid for me, for you are my fortress.” (Ps. 31:2-4) With these words, we pray for the North Korean army, the Russian army, the Ukrainian army, and the people on the battlefield. Please let the soldiers on the battlefield realize that the Father values one life more than the whole world. We pray that they realize that this war also belongs to Jehovah and become those who seek the Almighty God and call on the name of Yeshua. Please let the war end quickly through talks between the United States and Russia, and let the Lord's peace return to the land of war ruins. We (I) prayed for the nations in the name of Yeshua Messiah. Amen.
'Teach me your way, Lord , that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. ' (Psalms 86:11) Father God, I (we) pray for the US. Father God! At a press conference at the White House on February 11, Elon Musk, the head of the Office of Government Efficiency, made an interesting revelation that could be considered the epitome of bureaucratic inefficiency. “The U.S. government stores and processes all of its retirement paperwork in a limestone mine in Pennsylvania, while federal employee retirement benefits are “written on paper and calculated by hand,” he said. This, which began in the 1960s, continues to be a manual process, and the ongoing mismanagement of the federal government has led to the creation of an online platform for federal employee retirement applications. However, he said it will take “years” to operate efficiently due to inconsistencies in the intergovernmental systems. As the new administration reorganizes and rationalizes the federal bureaucracy's size, corruption and waste are being exposed in many parts of the federal government. In response, the opposition Democratic Party is opposing and responding to the new administration’s actions through lawsuits, legislation, communications, and protests. Father God, please help the new administration of the United States to stop waste and eliminate corruption in the U.S. government. Regarding the lawsuit, we are grateful that the court challenge is bearing some fruit and is ruling to prevent the freezing of funds and limit access to data. In response, the Democratic Party is using left-wing media to amplify citizens’ concerns and incite anxiety and fear. Despite these obstacles, please protect President Trump and Elon Musk as the government efficiency agency teams and new cabinet leaders are working to return to biblical policies and common sense. Please give them wisdom and discernment, as the words, “A wise man is strong, and a man of knowledge increases strength” (Proverbs 24:5). Help the U.S. tax money be no longer used for wasteful or corrupt purposes, and help the economy be sound and helpful to the people's lives. Please stabilize the U.S. economy and make it a blessed nation of God that not only benefits the lives of the American people but also helps and shares with poor countries around the world and helps and uses the godly values and biblical culture to be restored in all things. Father God! On February 6, HUD Secretary Scott Turner announced that the agency would eliminate the Obama-era rule that put vulnerable women at greater risk by allowing men into key shelters where women flee domestic violence or other dangers, thereby “ensuring that all individuals have equal access to the Department’s core shelter programs based on their gender identity.” Turner said that HUD-funded housing programs, shelters, and other facilities would be free of gender ideology and instead recognize only two genders, male and female, per President Trump’s executive order. Father God, thank you for the Trump administration in America, for turning back the clock on the wrongdoings of ignoring your creation laws. “So God created man in his image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.” (Genesis 1:27). We repent of ignoring this verse and walking down the path of sin. Please forgive me. Thank you for helping America move away from anti-biblical policies and to acknowledge and follow the most fundamental truth that God created men and women. Thank you for ending the distorted gender identity policies that took away opportunities for girls and women in sports and threatened their safety by causing injuries. Thank you for ending the safety threats of transgender men in women’s prisons. The new American government, which begins anew in the fear of God and service of God, will restore sound policies to biblical principles and work for the people. Please give us wisdom and protect us so we can fully take on the task of restoring America to the society it was at its founding. Please continue to pray for America's holiness. Father God! On February 15, Kentucky was hit by strong winds and flooding, killing at least nine people, including a mother and her 7-year-old daughter, when their vehicles were submerged in water and causing 1,000 rescues across the state. Parts of Kentucky and Tennessee received up to 6 inches of rain, causing widespread power outages and damaging an estimated 39,000 homes. Father God, we thank you for approving President Trump's request for assistance in coordinating relief efforts and providing assistance to affected communities. Please comfort those who have lost their families and protect those who are struggling and in need. Please speed up the recovery of all the damage. Please increase our faith in the Lord, the Creator and Ruler of the universe, through these natural disasters so that we may humble ourselves before Him and live more reliant on Him. “The voice of the Lord is upon the waters; the God of glory thunders; the Lord is upon many waters… The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord sits king forever. The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace. (Psalm 29:3, 9-10) We give thanks and praise to the Lord, who gives strength, comfort, and peace to those who seek his help. We (I) prayed for America in the name of Yeshua, Messiah. Amen.
''This is what the Lord says, he who made the earth, the Lord who formed it and established it—the Lord is his name: ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’ ' (Jeremiah 33:2-3) Father God, I (we) pray for South Korea. Father God!
The Constitutional Court is the last bastion protecting the Constitution of the Republic of Korea. However, recently, controversy has arisen over the role and operation of the Constitutional Court's internal TF (Task Force) team, raising concerns that it threatens the foundation of the rule of law. Recently, Na Kyung-won, a member of the People Power Party, strongly criticized the Constitutional Court TF issue through SNS and a press conference at the National Assembly, claiming that the rule of law in the Republic of Korea is in a critical crisis. She emphasized that the way Acting Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Moon Hyung-bae conducts litigation is seriously damaging fairness and independence. If the suspicion that the Constitutional Court is operating trials according to the intentions of a particular force while losing political neutrality is true, this issue shakes the foundation of the judicial system of the Republic of Korea.
Father God, thank you for allowing me to hear, see, and know about the recent collapse of the rule of law and the loss of fairness, independence, and neutrality. In impeaching President Yoon, the Constitutional Court must maintain a thoroughly independent and fair procedure. Still, its internal operation is being influenced by external political pressure or leaning in a specific direction, and it is losing the people's complete trust as it is not maintaining fairness. Furthermore, there is talk that some of the Constitutional Researchers at the current Constitutional Court are believed to be Chinese nationals. We pray that God will work powerfully to prevent Chinese constitutional researchers from participating in the critical task of deciding whether to acquit the President of the RepubliPresidenta. “Nothing is covered that will not be revealed or concealed that will not be known. Therefore, whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner chambers will be proclaimed from the housetops.” (Luke 12:2-3) We thank God for bringing to the surface one by one all the illegal acts, evil laws, and evil deeds that have been secretly committed in the Republic of Korea for a long time and for the acts of deceiving the people and trampling on justice. The impeachment trial of the President has revealed President facts, and we are learning more deeply about how evil they have been doing. How grateful are we that you have thoroughly revealed the dark intentions of destroying the liberal democracy of the Republic of Korea and meticulously planning to achieve communist unification through pro-North Korea, pro-China communist totalitarianism. During this time, the president and the people are going through difficulties. However, I believe the Republic of Korea will be reborn after this great spiritual war. “But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the all-surpassing power is from God and not from us” (2 Corinthians 4:7). We do not have the power to fight and win with our strength. We believe that the great power lies only in God. Please unite us in the name of Yeshua, who came to us like jars of clay, and give the Republic of Korea another chance. Please establish us as a missionary nation that goes out into the world with the gospel. Use us as a nation that spreads the secret of the new man and a people that refreshes God's heart.
Father God!
A press conference by North Korean defectors in Korea against the Chinese government’s forced repatriation of North Korean defectors was held in front of the Chinese Embassy in Myeongdong, Jung-gu, Seoul, on February 17. Key figures, including Secretary General Seon Yeong-jae of the National Coalition Against Forced Repatriation of North Korean Defectors, made speeches. Afterward, Co-Chairman Lee Sang-won (National Coalition Against Forced Repatriation of North Korean Defectors) read a statement that representatives of participating organizations delivered to the Chinese Embassy. China revealed that “on the night of October 9, the day after the closing ceremony of the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games, the Chinese government forcibly repatriated approximately 600 North Korean defectors who had been detained in prisons.”
Father God, please have mercy on North Korean defectors and protect and watch over them. The Chinese government detained about 2,600 North Korean defectors to track them down and repatriate them to North Korea. They could not repatriate them due to the world’s reaction to the Asian Games. After the closing ceremony, they secretly repatriated about 600 people as if they were conducting a military operation. Please rebuke China for this atrocity. The international community has repeatedly urged the Chinese government to comply with the “principle of prohibiting repatriation,” as the repatriation of North Korean defectors is not only a violation of international law but also a crime that violates human rights. However, they have ignored the warning and are sending them back to North Korea, where they are not protected. “The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, on them a light has dawned” (Isaiah 9:2). When North Korean defectors return to North Korea, they suffer the pain of being subjected to violence, torture, forced labor, and complete violations of human rights, leading to death. Please protect their lives with the light of Christ and open the way for them to escape from the shadow of death. May the light of Jesus hold on to the believers who are praying without ceasing in the underground church in North Korea with His mighty right hand so that they can keep their faith to the end. May their prayers, which cry out in pain, not be in vain but become prayers that move the throne of the Lord. There are still over 2,000 North Korean defectors who are forcibly detained in China. May the Chinese government release them and comply with the ‘principle of non-repatriation.’ Also, may the human rights of North Korean defectors in China be respected and guaranteed, and may the path be opened for North Korean defectors to travel to third countries safely. “To unite all things in Christ, both in heaven and on earth” (Eph 1:10). Kim Jong-un recently demolished the Geumgangsan Separated Family Reunion Center, which was completed in 2008. Instead of continuing dialogue with the South Korean government, he is making inter-Korean relations more hostile by the day. May the path to peaceful unification open quickly in God’s will, and may the history of unification of the South and the North be realized.
In the name of Yeshua Messiah, I (we) prayed for South Korea. Amen. Praying for CWMI Father God! # Please bless all executives and branch heads, including the president. What we ask of those in charge is loyalty, so let them obey for the glory of the Lord and let only the gospel be revealed.
