Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations

'The Lord has made a proclamation to the ends of the earth: “Say to Daughter Zion, ‘See, your Savior comes! Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.

Father God!

On October 7, 2023, Hamas terrorists attacked Bibas' house in the village of Nir Oz and took hostage nine-month-old Kfir and four-year-old Ariel, father Yarden and mother Siri, and killed Siri's parents. On February 1, father Yarden Bibas was released, but terrorists in Gaza brutally murdered his wife and two sons in November 2023. The bodies were returned on the 20th, but Siri's body was switched and returned the next day. The Israeli government took note of the fact that Hamas, which committed such evil deeds, also released a propaganda video showing the release of six hostages on the 22nd, sending two hostages (Guy and Eviatar) back into the underground tunnel. The released hostages were also isolated, abused, starved, chained, and left in complete darkness for months in this underground tunnel network, which violated their conditions of detention and the ceasefire agreement, the statement said. "Hamas has repeatedly violated the dignity of the hostages and used them for propaganda purposes." Father God, last Thursday, one adult, two babies, Bibas, and the mother's body were returned, and all the people of Israel are in pain and sorrow. Please comfort Israel and continue negotiations for the hostages who are still in Hamas' tunnels and evil situation so that they can all return. Please comfort and strengthen the families, friends, and relatives of the remaining hostages who are waiting with anxious hearts and prayers. “Comfort, comfort my people,” says your God (Isaiah 40:1). “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem” (Psalm 122:5). We comfort Israel, pray for Jerusalem's peace, and pray that God’s word regarding Israel will be fulfilled. Please protect the Israeli people who have suffered physical and emotional hardships from this war by seeking God’s peace and overcoming the trauma of war through God’s comfort, and not suffering from suffering and depression. Comfort the parents of the young soldiers who gave their lives to protect their country and their families, the families who lost their husbands and fathers, and the parents who lost their children, and let the many wounded soldiers heal quickly. “Thus says the Lord: The captives of the mighty will be taken, and the prey of the fearful will be rescued; for I will contend with those who contend with you, and I will save your children.” (Isaiah 49:25) According to this word, please save the hostages, and may the Lord oppose Hamas, the enemy who started this evil, and ultimately save Israel. May Israel come completely before the Lord God and become a people who trust in the Lord God, who heals and saves.

Father God, while Israel is negotiating a ceasefire and hostage negotiations with Hezbollah in the northern Lebanese border and Hamas in the southern Gaza Strip, Hamas infrastructure in the West Bank continues to terrorize many places in Israel. We thank You for protecting us from the three bus bombings last week, with no injuries, and for the removal of other explosive devices. We once again proclaim the words of Psalm 121 and pray.

He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.'

Father God, I (we) pray for the Nation.

More than 6 million people have died in the civil war in Congo over the past 20 years between the Islamic State (IS) and the rebels affiliated with the Democratic Alliance (ADF). On the 13th, the Islamic State (IS) and the ADF surrounded the village of Meiba in the Luberon region, kidnapped 70 Christians, and took them to a church in Kasanga, where they were beheaded. A local church leader said, "The bereaved families cannot bury the bodies immediately due to the constant security threats. We don't know what to do anymore or how to pray. We have already suffered enough massacres." “May only God’s will be done,” Open Doors reported and asked for prayers for our brothers and sisters who are in difficult and painful situations due to this persecution.

Father God, We are saddened and pained by the news of the cruel beheading of 70 Christians in ADF Congo and the prayer request. In this situation, we are worried about what your children should do and how they should pray, and I pray that only God the Father will be done. We pray that the Holy Spirit of the Father will comfort them and give them new strength. “I know where you live, where Satan has his throne, and you hold fast my name and did not deny my faith even in the days of Antipas, my faithful witness, who was killed among you, where Satan lives.” (Rev. 2:13) Like the saints of the church in Pergamum who kept their faith while the children of faith in Congo were killed in the place where Satan has his throne, I pray that we may endure, overcome, and be victorious through the time of trial. “When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony they had maintained. They cried loudly, ‘Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long until you judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?’ White robes were given to each of them. They were told to rest for a little while until their fellow servants and their brothers, who were to be killed as they were, should be completed.” (Rev. 6:9-11) As the 70 saints in Congo are filling the number of martyrs according to this word, we realize that the day of the Lord’s coming is getting closer. We pray for the churches of God and the children of faith in Congo. Please comfort and protect them, and give them the strength and courage of the Holy Spirit of God so they may win the fight of faith in these difficult times. We who hear the news of these martyrdoms In this wicked and rebellious generation, just as the martyrs who went before kept the faith, He died on the cross for our sins until the end, was resurrected, ascended to heaven, and will come again. Please help us, Holy Spirit, stay awake and win with faith by looking at the promised Jesus.

On February 13, more than 8,000 students gathered for a worship service hosted by Unite US, which has been active in evangelism since 2023, at the University of Kentucky. More than 2,000 students accepted Jesus, and many were baptized. In addition, more than 6,500 students attended a worship service held at Ohio State University’s Short Sports Arena on February 23, and about 2,000 students decided to believe in and follow Jesus Christ. The United US said they had been praying for months to prepare for this history of revival, salvation, and baptism through worship services on college campuses.

Father God, we thank you for the spiritual revival at Asbury College Chapel and the dedication of college students and young people across the country to you through the United US movement. We thank you for the fruitful results of the campus worship service that began solely to exalt the name of Jesus and for leading the next generation of young people to you at the University of Kentucky and Ohio State University in 2025. We are thankful that young people are rising and confessing their sins loudly, accepting the gospel in droves, and dedicating their lives to Jesus. How wonderful that a great awakening is coming to this land where the fire of spiritual faith is dying out and that a spiritual revival is coming to the church and the youth. Seeing students lining up to be baptized in the cold is fantastic, and I believe that only God can do it. We pray that all churches will awaken again so that America can be spiritually filled and fulfill the mission that He has given it. We believe that God has granted America so much political, military, and economic power that He can exercise His good influence on America and the nations. “Keep my statutes and my ordinances, and by them, a man shall live: I am the Lord.” (Leviticus 18:5). Like this verse, may the United States turn away from the culture that promotes homosexuality, transgender ideology, abortion, and become a nation that pursues holiness so that its influence can reach the nations, and may it be established as a strong nation that spreads the gospel, protects families, and practices biblical education. We pray and thank that the United States will turn to the right path and that many nations will return to godly values ​​and biblical culture.

On February 21, Judge Abelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland blocked President Trump’s executive order that would have ended federal funding for diversity, equity, and inclusion programs that violate federal civil rights law. The diversity policy was found to have ignored the inherent stability of the industry by favoring LGBTQ people in employment and intentionally excluding certain races. Also, on February 13, in Baltimore and Washington, several federal judges nominated by former President Biden temporarily blocked an executive order that would have prohibited federal funding for gender-affirming treatment for transgender people under the age of 19. As the courts blocked the administration’s proposal to freeze federal spending, the administration is facing a lawsuit from the National League of Cities and other plaintiffs on DEI. Transgender groups are suing the executive order, which would have required passports to be labeled only as male or female, stopped allowing changes, and banned the use of the “X” symbol.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for President Trump's signing of many executive orders and implementation of policies to restore biblical values ​​in the United States within a month of his inauguration. However, the judiciary and judges are afraid that America will return to biblical values ​​and that corruption will be exposed through the government efficiency department. They are criticizing and attacking through the media and weaponizing the judiciary through lawsuits to sanction these policies. “For God will bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.” (Ecclesiastes 12:14). Please govern and judge the groups that are filing lawsuits and rejecting the president’s executive orders to obey the Word of God and the anti-biblical judges in the judiciary who are trying to perpetuate the corrupt structure. “I urge, then, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, “That we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and dignity” (1 Tim. 2:1-2) Despite these obstacles, please protect President Trump and the new administration as the government efficiency agencies and the new cabinet leaders return to biblical policies and common sense. We pray that you bless and protect the new administration so that America can become a nation that stands upright according to God’s created order. Please help and use America to become a nation of God’s blessings and restore godly values ​​and biblical culture.

Heavenly Father, thank you for allowing many Christian groups to confront the country's reality, speak out, and unite with greater strength to protect it. Also, thank you for allowing students from each university across the country to wake up and realize that the government is in a state of chaos due to pro-North Korea and pro-Jung forces and for coming forward with a declaration of the current situation. We thank you for realizing that opposing the impeachment of President Yoon is not supporting an individual or a political party but a systemic war against forces that are trying to destroy the liberal democratic system and hand our country over to communism and for coming forward with substantial strength. Most of the young people who came out representing their schools are Christian youth, and I thank you for the God of justice and righteousness who has told us through His word. When He raised them and gave them a mission for the times, please let them not reject His will but obey His will, and let them not be swayed by the momentum of those who actively support the impeachment but rely only on God. Thank you for allowing me to boldly express my prayer and opposition in front of everyone, asking for wisdom and power from the Holy Spirit. “Though the wicked grow like grass, and all who do evil flourish, they will be destroyed forever. Your enemies, O Lord, will perish. Surely your enemies will perish, and all who do evil will be scattered.” (Psalm 92:7-9) We believe that, as this verse says, the enemies of the Lord who oppose the Lord and commit evil will perish and be scattered entirely. The National Assembly committed an illegal act and pushed for impeachment by framing it as an internal rebellion. God the Father, we pray earnestly, relying on Your Word. Please have mercy on the President, this country, the people, and the residents. Please make Korea an advanced, anti-communist, liberal, democratic, market-economy, Christian, unified nation to fulfill its mission as a missionary nation that God the Father has sent to the nations in this era. Since God knows the path the Republic of Korea must take, please grant us another chance and come down with mighty power so we can be reborn as a liberal democratic nation.
