Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations

'Praise the Lord , for the Lord is good; sing praise to his name, for that is pleasant. For the Lord has chosen Jacob to be his own, Israel to be his treasured possession. '

Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.

Father God!

Heavenly Father, The war belongs to the Lord. We declare that this war against Hamas and the war against Hezbollah are all in the hands of Jehovah God, and I pray with the words of Psalm 35:1-9.

1. O LORD, contend with him who contends with me, and fight against him that fights with me. 

2. Take up your shield and buckler and rise to my aid. 

3. Pull out your spear, and block the way of those who pursue me; and to my soul I am thy salvation. 

4. Let those who seek my life be ashamed and put to shame; let those who seek to harm me turn away and be put to shame. 

5. Let them be like chaff before the wind, and let the angel of the LORD drive them away.

6. Make their way dark and slippery, and let the angel of the LORD pursue them.

7. They have hidden their nets in the pit to catch me without a cause; they have dug a trap for my life without a cause. 

8. Let destruction come upon him instantly; let him be caught in the net he has hidden; let him fall into destruction. 

9. Let my soul fall into destruction. Rejoice in the LORD, and rejoice in his salvation.

Heavenly Father, please protect the Israeli soldiers during the war and eliminate Hamas terrorism in the Gaza Strip. Please give us the wisdom and ability not only to defend but also attack by accurately preparing for attacks that Hezbollah on the northern Lebanese border is escalating. Please block the attack with your heavenly angels. Please protect the lives of the 116 people who are still held hostage by Hamas in Gaza and open the way for the hostages to return through negotiations. Please do not ignore Hamas’ evil actions and control them. Please comfort and protect the families of the remaining hostages and fulfill Your covenant. Please comfort the families of the sacrificed soldiers, their colleagues, and their neighbors, and help the Lord to quickly eliminate the evil Hamas terrorist group in the Gaza Strip. Many rocket attacks by Hezbollah on the northern Lebanese border are reaching Kiryat Shmona and the Galilee region. Please help the soldiers injured during the war be treated well and recover to good health.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, who is visiting the United States next week, attended a meeting at the White House on July 22, which U.S. President Joe Biden invited. Israeli News reported that he is scheduled to return to Israel after speaking at an invited joint session of the U.S. Congress on the 24th. The Prime Minister's Office said Biden and Netanyahu will hold talks at the White House as part of the Strategic Dialogue Forum between the United States and Israel. The two men have also publicly argued over the pace of arms supplies to Israel for its war in Gaza. Netanyahu has publicly criticized the Biden administration, but the United States has been a staunch international ally of Israel during the war and led efforts to strike a deal to release 120 hostages. American troops, along with Israeli, Jordanian, British, and French troops, took to the skies in April to protect the Jewish state from Iranian drone and missile attacks. Please work to complete the hostage release negotiations, which are still ongoing, and return the 116 hostages.

Heavenly Father, Prime Minister Netanyahu will now visit the United States, meet with U.S. President Biden at the White House on the 22nd, and deliver a speech at the U.S. Congress. God intervenes and guides us through these conferences and meetings, saying, “Management is accomplished through consultation; use strategy when fighting.” (Proverbs 20:18) According to these words, please allow God’s management to be accomplished through the meeting between Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Biden. Also, as promised to Abraham, “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” (Genesis 12:3). According to these words, may America be blessed as a country that blesses and helps Israel. We pray that God will rule over Iran, which curses Israel and helps and supports Hamas, Hezbollah, and Houthi rebels who are setting up terrorist groups and attacking Israel. “Trust in the LORD, O Israel; he is your help and your shield” (Psalm 115:9). According to these words, please help Israel rely on Jehovah God, who is their help and shield, pray, and stand boldly in faith. May all of Your promises to Israel be fulfilled, and may only the God of Israel be glorified.

Early on the morning of Friday, July 19, there was a drone attack by Yemen's Houthi rebels. One person was killed, and ten others were lightly injured in the attack on Ben Yehuda Street, on the corner of Shalom Aleyhem, near the U.S. consulate in Tel Aviv. According to Saudi-owned Al-Arabiya, the United States intercepted a ballistic missile and three drones launched by the Houthis from Israel. However, the fourth drone was said to have hit Tel Aviv. Israel's counterattack attacked a strategic oil refinery in Yemen. More than just a tactical attack on Yemen, this is a clear and powerful warning to Iran of its ability to attack the Middle East's energy lifeline.

Heavenly Father, we pray that you will rule over not only Hamas, Hezbollah, and Houthi rebels who are cursing Israel and helping establish terrorist groups and attacking Israel but also over Iran, which is helping and supporting your Son. “Trust in the LORD, O Israel; he is your help and your shield” (Psalm 115:9) According to these words, please help Israel rely on Jehovah God, who is their help and shield, pray, and stand boldly in faith. May all of Your promises to Israel be fulfilled, and may only the God of Israel be glorified. We exalt the holy name of God the Father. We pray that you will cleanse Jerusalem. All idols that have polluted the temple in Jerusalem are destroyed in the name of Yeshua. All the evil deeds of the pagans in the Valley of the White Man and the pagan gods in the Kidron Valley are opposed in the name of Yeshua and destroyed by the fire of the Holy Spirit. Covering us with the blood of Yeshua, we proclaim that Jerusalem will be cleansed in the mighty name of Yeshua. Abraham's altar on Mount Moriah will be restored. Let the altar of burnt offering of David's Araunah threshing floor be set up. The temple God built by proclaiming peace through Solomon will be established as a house of prayer for all people, and worship will be restored! But give glory to the Holy LORD God. We proclaim that the complete restoration of Jerusalem will take place in the name of Yeshua, the returning Messiah!

Father God!

Heavenly Father, we thank you for calling all of us, Gentiles, as intercessors and servants of God’s great and precious work. We pray with the mission of a watchman on the perfect wall. Give us peace in Jerusalem, Lord God, establish Jerusalem and be praised. May the Jews and all the tribes of Israel scattered throughout the nations who must return to their homeland return to the Promised Land. Please work so Aliyah can be fulfilled even among the believing Jews by changing the law of return. Give us the power to fully fulfill the precious mission of praying and serving each of us until the word of God is fulfilled. May I always live a life of faith filled with the Holy Spirit. Please take care of our health.

Father God!

The 33rd Olympiad Summer Olympics will be held in Paris, France, from July 26 to August 11. The 2024 Paris Olympics will be the first time in Summer Olympic history that the opening ceremony will be held outside the stadium, with the Seine River, Paris' main waterway, replacing the traditional track. This will be held under the concept of an outdoor event. The Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony will be the largest audience size and geographic reach.

Heavenly Father, the World Summer Olympics will be held for two weeks starting on the 26th in Paris, France. We pray that France's political, economic, and cultural activities, which host the Olympics, will be stabilized and that the athletes participating from each country will be protected. In particular, French security forces and police are strictly on guard 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and security of Israeli athletes and the athletes' village. Please ensure that not only are the Israeli athletes and all athletes protected but that all security is managed correctly so that this is a game where we respect each other and do our best in the spirit of actual sports. Additionally, evangelists from all over the world are preaching the gospel centered around the Paris Olympic Stadium. “Preach the word always, in season and out of season” (2 Timothy 4:2a). Please follow these words and protect us as we spread the gospel through heat and hardship. At this time, please allow the work of salvation to occur in the Holy Spirit, where souls who need to be saved hear the gospel and come before the Lord.

Father God!

# Bangladesh has seen its most significant surge in unrest since Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's re-election due to high youth unemployment. At least 105 people were killed and thousands injured in the crackdown on student-led protests against government job quotas last week. A two-hour curfew was imposed to quell the protests, international calls and access to local media websites were banned, and social media accounts were disabled.

# Myanmar's military government has controlled less than half of the country since it seized power in 2021. Among these, 174 clashes occurred between democratic forces and the government over schools and universities, leading to the collapse of the education system. It sparked non-violent protests demanding democracy, which resulted in the killings of more than 570 children under the age of 18 by security forces. More than 8,000 civilians lost their lives, and the fighting displaced more than 3 million people.

Heavenly Father, “When you hear rumors of wars and disturbances, do not be afraid, for these things must come first, but the end will not come immediately.” He also said, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.” (Luke 21:9,10 ) As these words say, in this day and age, we hear news of war, protests, and violence from all over the world. In Bangladesh, young college students are losing their lives and being injured while protesting against government policies. In Myanmar, children, students, and the general public continue to lose their lives and their homes due to security forces' continued attacks on schools and residents since the military regime took power three years ago. We hear news of ordinary citizens losing their lives due to Russia's ongoing attacks on Ukrainian cities. In these nations, we worship with the heart of our Father, who sees one life as more precious than the world, searches for lost souls, and blesses the Lord's servants and churches who work hard for those countries and souls with the gospel of love and peace. Please help the Holy Spirit work so that the souls chosen by the Lord come before the Lord under challenging environments and situations. Please help those who need to be saved come quickly from every nation, tribe, people, and language.

'if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Tennessee residents are participating in 31 days of prayer and fasting after the state legislature approved Resolution 803. This resolution calls for "seeking God's mercy and healing touch" during the month of July. In this resolution, they stated, “We, as officers of the Tennessee Legislature, ask for God’s mercy upon this land and pray that God may not withhold His blessings from us. We resolve to acknowledge our sins and shortcomings before Him and humbly ask for His forgiveness. We also ask the Lord Jesus to heal our land and rid it of violence, human trafficking, addiction, and corruption. “We resolve to ask the Holy Spirit to fill our government offices, classrooms, businesses, churches, and homes with peace, love, and joy,” we declare.

Heavenly Father, we thank you that there is a powerful prayer movement rising in the heartland of America. America faces many severe problems, including abortion, violent crime, human trafficking, drug addiction, the fentanyl crisis, children in foster care, and government corruption. ‘When we cannot find solutions alone, we ask for God’s merciful and sovereign move to heal our land.’ “I ask you to humble yourself, repent of your sins, fast, and pray for God’s mercy, grace, and blessings upon our state and nation,” said Rep. Fritz of Tennessee. “It is a call for the church to regain its authority in our society, for God’s people to repent for their complacency, and for our great retreat from the world.” We are thankful that states in the 50 United States reverently declare prayer, fasting, and repentance to overcome the national crisis. Please pray for Christians across the Americas and repent of abandoning the Biblical values ​​and democracy, which are the basic principles of America, and accepting abortion, various genders, sexual identities, and trans ideologies that are increasingly secular and contrary to the Word. Please help the church continue to pray and protect America's biblical values ​​so that America can once again become a country that obeys the Word.

The U.S. Secret Service acknowledged that it had rejected Trump's requests for additional resources in recent years. In a statement the day after former President Trump's shooting, Secret Service spokesman Guglielmi said, "The claim that the Trump team's request for additional security was denied is untrue." “This is completely false. We have added security resources, technology, and capabilities,” he wrote on social media. The government and the media have joined forces to hide the facts and claim lies. Still, before a congressional hearing by Secret Service Director Kimberly Chittle, the Secret Service admitted to ‘rejecting the security request.’ As a result, former President Trump was shot in the right ear at his PA rally, one of his rally attendees was killed, and two others were injured.

Heavenly Father, please help the people realize and recognize the facts the mainstream media has distorted and biasedly reported about the government’s corrupt actions. We repent on our behalf for concealing the facts and intentionally raising threats against conservative candidates. Even as America is currently experiencing severe spiritual division, praying people are working hard to return America to its founding spirit based on the Bible. “Pray for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may live a quiet and peaceful life in all godliness and sobriety.” (1 Timothy 2:2). Like these words, I pray that leaders will be raised who respect the truth of the Bible and protect America's founding ideals and constitutional values ​​. The government's unjust policies will be changed. We pray that America will be renewed as a nation where people learn the Word and pray according to God’s good and perfect will. May the work of your Holy Spirit renew America and use it as a nation that demonstrates the goodness of the Lord to the nations.

Father God!

Please help all officials, including the National Election Commission, act in justice and righteousness during the election process so that there can be a fair election without public opinion manipulation or fraud. Please allow the media to report election issues fairly and honestly without biased reporting, supporting, or criticizing specific candidates. Please help America become one, cooperate, and a country free of political violence. “A king establishes a kingdom by righteousness” (Proverbs 29:4). As you said, please give us a president who will lead America with justice and a majority of the Senate and House of Representatives who can work with him. Let the people choose leaders who respect Biblical values ​​and appropriate policies, and let Christian voters participate in elections, vote, and faithfully use the rights given to us. Just as the United States is the father of all nations, please help us become one that leads nations to good paths, spreads the gospel, and obeys the Word of God by being with Israel. Let the American church wake up and pray to achieve God's pleasing will and make the American presidential election glorify God.

Father God!

Patients have been experiencing difficulties due to the suspension of emergency room operations at Soonchunhyang University Cheonan Hospital in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, since the 16th. Four out of eight emergency medicine specialists submitted their resignations and began a downsizing. Emergency room treatment, suspended from 8 a.m. on this day, will continue until 8 a.m. on the 17th, and nighttime treatment will be suspended from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day from the 17th to the 21st. Patients are suffering because specialists in the emergency room of Soonchunhyang University Cheonan Hospital resigned due to a conflict of opinion between residents and the government. Please help the government and medical community to end the chaos in the medical field and establish the right policies so suffering patients can receive treatment. “Counsel accomplishes a plan; use strategy and wage war” (Proverbs 20:18). Please allow the government and medical staff to discuss together and establish the right policies according to these words, and give grace to doctors who have resigned so that they can return to their noble mission of protecting the health and lives of patients. Please put an end to the situation where patients who have committed perjury are losing their lives because they cannot find an emergency room that can treat them. We pray that God will personally intervene so that a reasonable solution can be found between the medical community and the government to prevent further difficulties and side effects from the unfortunate situation of patients.

On July 23, Rep. Han Dong-hoon, elected as the new People Power Party leader, gave an acceptance speech. He said he would create healthy and productive party-government relations. He said he would change the People Power Party of the past, which was insufficient in persuading, listening, and explaining, to a party more responsive to public sentiment, explaining more, persuading more, and listening more. After the primary results, Representative Han called President Yoon Seok-yeol and told him of his ambition to achieve better politics by harmonizing the party-government relationship and creating more synergy. President Yoon also said that he had worked hard during the primary period and gave him good advice to do good politics and that, as the party leader, he would do his best with a humble and listening attitude to the people.

Heavenly Father, we pray for a renewal in Korea’s political world. Please help us develop into a true liberal democracy, eliminate corruption, and make politics work for the country and people, not our interests. “Doing justice and righteousness is more acceptable to the Lord than offering sacrifices” (Proverbs 21:3). “He who seeks after righteousness and mercy finds life, righteousness and glory” (Proverbs 21:21). According to these words, politicians become people who practice God's righteousness and justice. Please help us become people seeking God and His wisdom and understanding. Let the people's power party gather strength according to new righteousness and justice. “Many are the plans in man's heart, but only the will of the Lord will stand” (Proverbs 19:21). Please help us understand these words and make the National Assembly seek and follow the will of Jehovah God, not our plans, so that people of faith, in particular, will work together to transcend party affiliations and become one before God.
